You usually expect the hotels with such a great location and moderately-priced to be below average, and the rating high just because of the location, despite all the negative stuff, but with this hotel that's not the case - it's good as it is. The spacious parking. Clean rooms. Nice staff. Finally, the lake view is really there and it's stunning.

The transportation in Tremezzio is horrible. Unless you rent a car, it's impossible to move around. Calling a cab is also difficult. Walking on on the sidewalk is very dangerous, especially with kids.

The view is awesome. Hotel staff is friendly, but food and drinks are super expensive.

Too far from an area with restaurants (20 min. Walk on the road to Lenno), there is a few restaurants near by but the best and the nicest area was in Lenno by the lake and more restaurants to choose from. Restaurant at the hotel was way too expensive (it is cheaper in Lenno and the food is also better here).

The hotel is on the Main Street around Lake Como, so there is a fare amount of traffic noise. However, closed windows block out the sound.

We had a wonderful room with plenty of light, comfortable beds, and ample space for our clothes. The bathroom was good - it was well lit and the shower had fabulous water pressure. The pool was perfect, the staff were welcoming, kind and helpful. We appreciated being able to have a spot to park our rental car. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the on-site restaurant.

Nice and clean room, spacious parking space, kind and helpfull staff, good location, A/C in the room, view window to the street, but really calm area. Breakfast could be more varied, but was ok. Swimming pool was a nice addition.

The room are so basic and have zero charm, that’s quite a shame for such a nice exterior. Also the breakfast is not really good, the eggs don’t even taste like ones.

Great location near Villa Balbianello, the hotel is clean and has a nice pool. Also the staff is nice and helpful !

The room is very basic although the bed was very comfortable, the room lacked any character. The breakfast was very basic and the hot selection wasn’t very appealing.

The location is excellent, an easy walk to Lenno to catch the numerous ferries and an easy walk to Tremezzo for a good choice of restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony was incredible. The road outside is very busy but we weren’t affected by any noise in the room. You do have to walk alongside the busy road but there is only a short stretch that doesn’t have a footpath.

The property quiet antique maybe it say. Quiet match the lake como tranquila environment. Well located close to the most visit villa Balbianello and some beautiful historical properties and shoreline. The lake view room can see the corner of the villa Balbianello.

No tea or coffee in the room. Old bread at breakfast. Location: apart from the hotel restaurant there are 2 other restaurants nearby, and 1 bar, otherwise there is nothing to do. There is no village life, no shops, nothing. No beach. Crossing the road or walking along it is dangerous, a lot of traffic and some parts without sidewalk.

We had a family room so lots of space. Nice garden where you could have a drink. Helpfull staff. Safe parking in garage.

The bed was very hard. Pets (we had a very small 4kg dog with us) accepted for additional charge 10 euro.

Excellent, very spacious room (we stayed in the corner room, that's perhaps why the size was bigger than standard). Wonderful view on the lake, which can be enjoyed from a small balcony. Lake front, conveniently located, walking distance from the small port to take a boat to other villages on the lake. Garage. Nice breakfast with a surprisingly good choice for 3 star hotel.
