Although the breakfast available is the norm, I would have paid for something more substantial.

Th location is excellent and my small room definitely adequate. Clean, quiet and air conditioned. Breakfast was fair yet not quite what I needed for my 100km cycle tour that day. Front desk person speaks some good English. I was grateful to be able to leave a pack with the hotel for a few days as I went on my cycling adventure.

Hotel is little older, also equipment is older which is not bad. But you have this feeling, that hotel is little sad. But I think that the staff is trying their best for customers.

Nicely located, very comfortable and quite for resting. It was clean and with available parking. There were a few wineries around which is a great way to spend an afternoon.

Typical, honest 3-star hotel on the outskirts of town. Still with several resraurants close and town center easily reachable on foot. Own, secure, free parking. Easy check in/out. Best cappucino I had on the trip

All staff were very friendly and helpful, even to help fin dour way to local sights and to recommend beaches. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony giving a great view. Hotel has a pool which is quiet and great for swimming. Breakfast in the morning lovely with fresh fruit, yoghurt, salumi and cheese, juice, coffee and pastries.

Nothing, I liked everything

Lovely hotel in a good location, just 20 minutes from the main bus station of Arzachena but there is a bus stop right outside the gate too, or parking if needed. Check in was great the lady behind reception was very friendly and helpful, helped with questions and advice on which beaches and areas are best to visit and which bus routes are the best. Arzachena also has a local bus service they can tell you about (not found on google maps). Room was a great size with comfy beds, very clean and had everything needed including a terrace. Pool was great and clean, gets the sun some of the day but other times shaded so great for those who prefer one to the other. Breakfast was lovely, good quality and great selection.

The price is high, you can get the same experience in a cheaper hotel or hostel. It is far away from the city, there is only one line of public bus, when it’s not available a car or taxi is the only option. Taxis are expensive.

Clean and spacious room. All necessary amenities are provided: towels, soap, etc. Easy check in/check out, the property is right on the main road close to the bus stops which makes it easy to take public transport (when available)

Reception is not helpfull. Dont tell guests about hours for check out or breakfast. No informations about pool, bar or anything. Building is from 1983 and i think, there did nothing from this time. In room is unpleasant smell. The best was when reception wake up us at 6 a.m. by phone because someone blocked car other guest. He got list with cars and it was not our.. he didn't apologize or anything. I dont recommend.

Staff pretended they don’t understand English to avoid dealing with complaints. Breakfast was very poor in terms of quality, options and service. I stayed four nights and they didn’t change towels. Furniture in the room way too old.

the bed is an absolute nightmare! it is like sleeping on the hard floor. super uncomfortable. there you see that they don’t care about the comfort of their customers. pure money making the style of the rooms is super old, cheap and worn out. no comfy lights and disgusting walls

The staff is very kind and helpful. The Italian/continental breakfast was very good - excellent cappuccino, ham, cheese and fresh bread/croissant. Our room on the road side's got a beautiful view at the mountains and the town. The facilities in the room may be not new, but everything is clean and works properly.
