What could be added to the hotel's offer is the possibility to rent a bike or a car. There are long distances in Pozzuoli. Of course walking is nice and there is nothing wrong with that, but the buses don't come on time, so renting a car would be better.

Everything was fine, staff was nice. Lovely people, excellent food. Wonderful view of the sea. You can admire the sunset from the room.

Their breakfast buffet was poor and didn't look fresh, and no extra milk options, I.e. soya milk, etc. Just a few small suggestions: •add somewhere to put toothburshes in the bathroom •change the bathroom doors (atleast in the room we stayed in) it was very revealing, so we didn't have very much privacy in the bathroom •The hanging space for clothes was 8a little uncomfortable but, still really nicely redone!

The hotel has recently been refurbished and is clean, smart, and very welcoming, and the staff are friendly. The room was very comfortable, our bags were brought up to the room when we checked in, the bed was super comfy and the shower was AMAZING! We really enjoyed our stay for the night and will definitely be back if we visit the area again.

quite a lot of road noise as it was directly facing the main road. pillow comfort was not great. Not great insulation from neighbouring rooms, and people passing in the corridor. Bit far out of Pozzuoli, especially on foot, though bus stop adjacent if you are able to use the bus. Hotel seems to be an event hotel, and in our case it was used by a tour group which made it extremely noisy in the morning, and difficult to be served breakfast.

Stylish room, well-lit, comfortable bed. Bathroom good, and very good shower. Nice to have a balcony. Has aircon, but wasn't needed. Very clean. Handy to have a restaurant on site which we used one night. Very good restaurant within 100 metres called Vente Due, which is very high end, but well worth paying for. Staff all friendly and helpful enough. Breakfast quite good all things considered.

Hot tub overflow line is leaking on the floor.

We had a sea-facing room which had some traffic noise, but a great view! No kettle in the room but fridge which they refilled every day.

Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful all the time. Restaurant at the hotel was great and breakfasts had a variety to choose from!

For 100 euro’s / night they could paint the walls and not just put some putty on it, also looked like black mould on the wall. The cranky old receptionist that first said I could leave my dog in the room, then changed her mind, then changed her mind again. And then called and told me he barked like crazy so people complained (after 20 minutes) even though I had the dog on FaceTime with my second phone for 10 min after leaving and all I heard was him whining (heard the Tv I had on more) didn’t hear a sound from my room when I rushed back to get him, nothing in the hallway and nothing outside the door, but I sure heard the cranky receptionist half screaming in my face I TOLD YOU SO, I TOLD YOU HE WOULD BARK!!! Woke up in the middle of the night because someone flushed their toilet so not very sound proof and I don’t easily wake up. Bad lightning. Could use some extra lights by the bed.

The young kind lady that helped me with by bag up two stairs even though it probably weighed more than her and the fact that she tried to be professional when her co-worker complained to her about my dog in front of my face (just because I mainly speak English it doesn’t mean I don’t understand a different language and whispering doesn’t help) and the lady serving breakfast was kind.

If you are a foreigner that does not speak Italian and does not know the area and how the transport in the area works I would not recommend this hotel. Everything was too much trouble and the language barrier was a huge hurdle. Ive travelled to many hotels and this is the only one that gave us so much trouble. The wifi router was not discoverable most of the time. There was construction going on outside and because our room was at the end of the corridor we could hear constant banging during the day. Because the back door was open most of the time the corridor was really hot and our aircon was battling. The road is very busy so at night its very noisy. You arnt allowed to take food to your room or anything from the breakfast buffet. The location is terrible you have to walk miles to get anywhere on foot, taxis are expensive and public transport nowhere close and not very frequent. As the property was unsuitable we asked to check out early and be refunded. Obviously our request was denied!

The room and bathroom was spacious and comfortable! Generous amount of toiletries provided. Breakfast spread was good and coffee good!

I have stayed here 5 times now and I love it. Price, location and friendliness are the main reasons I love staying here. Ease and access to parking are also wonderful.

The breakfast is wonderful. The view from our room and balcony is exceptional (Superior Room Accommodation with sea view).. The restaurant on the site is really good and elegant. The beds are comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Parking lot secure and large. 20 minutes walking distance to the port. The hotel has also an inexpensive taxi service on demand. There is a famous award winning pizzeria just 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel and an inexpensive aperitif outdoor bar across the street with an amazing 360 view of the gulf. Impressed with the Spritz aperitif/appetizers there!

no lifts, staff were pleasant but when asked to do things failed more than once to give what we wanted (extra pillows and book a transfer) shower leaked as didn’t drain fast enough.

Breakfast is scarce and repetitive, with no variety (although continental breakfast is announced, it is far from that). Other guests are noisy until late in the morning (sometimes 3, 4 and 5 AM). Rooms are far from being soundproof. If you are traveling on work, it may be hard to have a proper night rest. Most employees don't speak English, although they understand your requests; tough part is to understand their answers.

Great detail in cleaning, staff is very nice, Location is appropriate if you don't need any vacation distractions, some restaurants nearby, public transportation available and not far from Pozzuoli downtown.
