Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast could be better with a little bit more choice, but more important it would be better if they filled the plates until the end the of the breakfast time.
Breakfast was good, but if you come closer to 10 am they won't be filling the plates at the buffet, you'll need to take what's left. The room was very simple and minimalistic but comfortable. The location is good, just a short walk away from the city center and you can park your car in the underground garage.

couldn't figure out how to turn the AC on, was extremely tired to ask for the receptionist there was some constant 'click' sound right behind the head of my bed quite distant from both the train station and the center
very spacious room plenty of shower facilities there are vending machines at the reception where you can buy simple snacks Coffee, tea, and pots are available in the room

Little natural light in the room. A little far from the center.
Friendly staff. The room is equipped with everything you need: TV, kettle, refrigerator, tea/coffee, cutlery, hairdryer, mini cosmetics, etc. The hotel was quiet. Good breakfast included. Stunning view of the Dolomites.

Beds a bit uncomfortable. Cold air coming out from the bottom part of the window. Bright light shining on the ceiling - was disturbing during the night...
Great check-in, check-out, very friendly staff. Easy to find. Great parking. Close to city center - 15 min walking. Lidl is 10 min walking. Wifi is OK. Breakfast perfect - we liked it a lot. Clean rooms.

Garage is not suitable for lower cars - only SUVs can enter without scratching the bumper, also it is not that well lit. The breakfast is ok. 2 EUR charge for room slippers is a bit unnecessary. Location a bit far from the center.
Clean rooms. The staff was nice. Near the Highway.

When we entered the room there was A smell like someone had just smoked. We opened the window and it gone, but When we opened the shower door there was the same smell and it didnt went.

The checking-out was a little bit long: It's preferable to pay in advance, in order to avoid the stress for the following morning if you are in hurry-up.
The breakfast was very nice and full of options (i.e., a lot of choice). The location is nice: the free car parking is available (as per description) and the paid car parking is not so big (few available places), but safe (i.e., with a gate).

For the set price, absolutely satisfying. 15 walk to the city centre, perfect breakfast with lot of options and parking for free in a calm district. The hotel staff was always helpful and nice to us.

There is no wardrobe, the TV is small.
The room is very basic but clean and with everything you need. So? Very good value for money. Ok breakfast.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable (hard and thin) and each day when cleaning staff came in to change our sheets they would leave the door unlocked after. We felt safe in this hotel it was just a bit :/
Large room and good breakfast. About a 20-30 minute walk to the city but good if you’re travelling by train.
