The room was quite tight , and had no room for luggage. There were also two sets of stairs to carry the luggage. For a place which can only be reached by a private car , the luggage options don’t match. The hotel doesn’t really have a restaurant, but “light dinner” options. It is just frozen tasteless food.

The breakfast was great. The selection of cured meats was of awesome quality. The property looks good, garden, view and the inside.

Wonderfully warm welcome on arrival, staff were always happy to help during the stay. The bedroom was large and the aircon helped during chilly spring nights. A well explained wine tasting paired with a great plate to finish a day of exploring. Wonderful location.

Very good breakfast, terrace with nice view. Small village with very nice restaurant. The lady at reception waited for us even though we came very late.

The shower in the bathroom was a bit dirty - mostly the grout looked like mould. Not pleasant. Rooms were basic but for what you're paying it's really a good deal. Wifi was spotty so not great if you're working. Dinner was not great, but the staff did advise that they were not a restaurant.

Breakfast was good - lots of options. Pool was amazing for my husband. Area was very quiet and peaceful. Staff was always smiling and helpful.

I would say that the horeca offer is quite limited since it is a very small town, so you need the car to go to other town for restaurants (for us was not a problem) Maybe the room decoration can be a bit more modern as well

We didnt expect too much with this stay, but it was really one of our favourties. Lovely location, great pool, quiet area, nice village with a super restaurant next door. We could have stayed longer.

The room was missing another table or something else to put two luggages as the wardrobe isn’t really usable. Every morning just after 8am, they were blowing the leaves around the pool and it was very noisy from our room. Not the perfect wake up during holidays.

The surrounding of the hotel are really nice and clean. The room is also clean and quite big (unfortunately, not the bathroom that is very narrow). The pool was great and open in the middle of October. Breakfast was good and coffee was amazing.

Swimming pool doesn’t open until 09:00 which meant an early morning swim before breakfast was a challenge!

In light of the fact that we were doing the Eroica, the staff prepared breakfast for us at 4am, i can't think of anywhere else that would have done this. Great coffee and selection of food. Excellent experience and service.

Nice place to stay for a few days! Very cute and convenient room with nice view from the window! The breakfast was very tasty with good choice of sweets, cheese, meat and fruits!

I guess it's common in Tuscany, as it happened in another resort as well, but you get very little toilet paper in the bathroom. Other than that, there's really not much to complain. You have to understand, this is an agriturismo, not a hotel, so obviously the services won't be the same. However, there was really nothing we missed, when we were here.

This place is in a great location for exploring the Chianti Classico region, yet in a quite remote village. It is beautiful here, the house, the pool, the landscape is gorgeous! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was good. We really liked the tour of the vineyard and cellar and the tasting of their wines. They are so wonderful, we bought some to bring home. Seriously recommend this place for everyone who wants to explore around and stay at a peaceful place.

Not critique at all, but be aware that without a car you will get stuck in this domain. Because of the winding roads in the Chianti region, in spite of relatively short distances, it will take time to reach tourist highlights (e.g. San Gimignano is about 1 hour drive, Siena though is less than 30 minutes).

Quiet location in the middle of nowhere (vineyards all around, a few more houses in this little hamlet). Excellent breakfast with very helpful personnel, outside seating in the garden. Restaurant next door is excellent (Grotta de la rana).

Agriturismo San Sano is one of the best places I have stayed. It's just stunning, with all the vines and Olives trees, the staff is amazing and it really promotes a local and more authentic way of life. The vines tour was by a small group of 4 with the owner Andrea, and you can really enjoy the experience. I highly recommend! The pool is also beautiful if you want a lazy day!

The restaurant closes fairly early in the evening, however we found that this was typical of most restaurants in the area. There is a good restaurant close by that you can walk to and another lovely cafe in a nearby village Lecche for lunch.

Beautiful farm house set in a lush location, surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. The rooms are traditional yet spacious and very clean. Breakfast is great and the private wine tour and tasting with the owner was a really nice experience. The staff are friendly and try to help where possible. The pool and grounds are maintained beautifully. A perfect spot for exploring the surrounding Chianti towns and countryside.
