We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandQuite a few things let this hotel down. It was too expensive for the state of the place. Air conditioning did not work. Room remained uncomfortablly hot all day and night. Unable to be cooled even with the window open. Did not get a good night's sleep. Bathroom did not have an extractor fan, steam and smells trapped inside. Shower was quite mouldy. There was constant noise from the railway (horns and rails screeching) This did not bother me, but was loud with the window open. The room was very tired and dated. No kettle/tea/coffee facilities. Now we know Milans's excellent public transport options, we would not choose Terminal Hotel again.
The location was good. Very close to the Milano Centrale station and metro. Easy stress free place to make an early morning connection. Staff were helpful and friendly. That's about it.

Maltawould be nicer if there was at least a small kettle as speaking for myself l am a tea/coffee lover. Its time that furniture will changed too.
Room with a very good space, confotable bed, nice staff and worth money paid. Station and metro less than 10mins from hotel. Breakfast not expensive too. lf go back to Milan don't mind to stay again in this hotel.
