The room was a little outdated with some need for renovations. We think was not up to 4 starts rated on that. Fortunately we read in the reviews that no dish soap and foam was available and bought in advance... hard to understand why that is not available!

The location. The parking just in front of the apartment was great. The conditions given at the reserved beach was top. The lifeguard was very friendly. The flat was rather big and the amenities were ok too.

A little run down it could do with a renovation, on the same token it was clean and spacious.

The property is located with its own beach . We had a great apartment with a balcony and sea views and car park , good breakfast and great coffee.

They (hotel staff )should not give families with children to the rooms next to couples .One loudy family with the children they disturbed our 2 mornings .We woke up with the loud conversation and baby screaming,Normally we was going to breakfast at balcony has a beautiful see view but we didnt.

The property appears to be aimed at families, as such had a lot of children running around and playing which impacted out quiet enjoyment of the facilities. not so many restaurants/bars in walking distance of the hotel in case you want to do something outside the property

property offered large, self contained rooms with a stunning view over the cove/sea. we enjoyed access to the private beach, which was within a short walk and provided umbrellas and day beds (subject to availability so suggest getting there on time). we had onsite parking available near our room, which was very helpful as access to a car is required to visit the surrounding towns and beaches along the costa smeralda

This is more a service apartment and not an hotel. Generally the property needs serious uplifting. Air conditioning are very noisy, kitchens not well equipped ( no coffee machines), beds and chairs are very uncomfortable so the comfort is quite basic and not 4 stars. The rooms noise insulation is poor - we could hear our neighbours walking upstairs. There is basically no breakfast - we tried it once it was at the other side of the property for us and very poor choice so we ended up self catering. The beach is not great - compared to what you get around and the water is dirtier than elsewhere. There are no facilities in the property - no convenience shops so you are very car dependant. The spirit of the place looked a bit sad. We were 5 of us staying in the flat but in reality it is a better fit for a family of 4 only.

Staff was very nice and very helpful. They can communicate with you during your stay on whatssupp and manage issues, help you with restaurants bookings. They have been very responsive. Location is ok quite close to Porto Cervo. Daily cleaning was ok - done quick and efficient but that was not an in depth cleaning and we stayed 2 weeks.

It is very well located. The most valuable thing was the nice terrace with sea-view with small garden connection. You could feature a movie with a novelist getting away from the world’s noise and write its new novel.

No pool. There was no water for 2 days but this was a local supply issue and they managed it well with the water after company so limited disruption.

Lovely location, quiet and secluded but easy access to lots of restaurants and shops. Well maintained, clean and helpful staff. The view from our room was stunning.

Room was a bit old, nothing unbearable but i was expecting more from the pictures that were displayed. Also apartman was a bit smelly not sure if they didnt open window before our arrival or it was just this old smell. I would expect more accesories in kitchen - at least some soap or a spongebob. We didnt try breakfast because it was too expensive and not that special.

Balcony is perfect. Location is also great. Apartment is huge.

The fact that if you want to stay close to beach you need to let them know in advance. If I was in the part not so close to the beach I would never come back again.

WE have stays in this property a year before as well. When we arrived we were given nice big room, however we did not liked the location. Last year we stayed in the part of the hotel close to the beach and we did not know the other part not so close is the same hotel. We have been told, that as we did not provided comment at the time of reservation we were not put to the closer part. However they have been able relocate us to the exact same room as year before the next morning. Since we have stayed longer this was very much appreciated and I was very happy they were able to accommodate to our needs

It smelled like old furniture and some areas were not very clean. The staff recommended a restaurant that was literally a scam, very overpriced and terrible food.

Nice view from the terrace and the apartments were large and comfortable.
