Il Gattopardo B&B is strategically located in the heart of Florence. Being close to major attractions, museums, and the historic city center made exploring the city a breeze. Whether I wanted to visit the Florence Cathedral or stroll along the Arno River, everything was within easy reach. The cleanliness of the rooms truly impressed me. Each day, the housekeeping staff meticulously tidied up my room, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The crisp linens, spotless bathroom, and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the warm check-in to the friendly concierge recommendations, their hospitality was outstanding. Knowing that my room would be cleaned daily added an extra layer of convenience.

The room was close to street and some people were gathering and shouting till late outside the vending machines. The metal bedframe was squeaky. I had one small cockroach in my room, and found another in the bathroom. The bed sheets had a hole, and the blanket had some red stains. Overall a bit disappointed because it costs 100 euro per night to stay here, which is a lot of money for what you got. I am sure there are better value for money places in Florence

Unfortunately there is not much I can write about what I liked. The room had a beautiful ceiling painting. It was good they had 2 bathrooms so didn't have to wait for one to become available The hosts were very responsive on questions

The room was large and the bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to Uffizi Gallery, Santa Maria del Fiore and Dante's museum. The lady at the reception desk was nice and friendly.

I did not read carefully before booking that a bathroom is shared. A breakfast is poor: coffee/capuchino/team, not natural juce, some croissant, and some packaged bread with sweet jam. Everything is too sweet.

The location is perfect, right downtown. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean, was comfortable to sleep.

The breakfast pastries were a bit cold but They were very tasty. It's a bit difficult to check in. Not all the duvets seemed clean. I think Hair dryer should be updated. There isn't body wash. Toilet papers can be updated as well.

The owner lady was very nice. The bathroom gets cleaned every day. Good location and nice lightening. Wifi worked very well, the room was huge. Nice breakfast. She let us leave the bags at the property from the time we checked out to 5'o clock, and was very sweet about it.

"I booked a twin bed, as offered, but I received a double bed instead. The room was quite cold, and it seemed like the heating wasn't working properly. Even the hallway was warmer than the room. Additionally, there was noticeable noise from outside the building

Room was disappointing, nothing like the photos with beautiful Tuscan ceilings, avoid room 4, bathroom is tired with loose tiles, there are 3 bathrooms and a kitchen outside your door which causes noise all night and the noise from the street is very loud, bed was small and uncomfortable

Perfect location, near to everything! Nice and kind staff! Perfect for a few days of stay in Firenze. As it is said in the description the apartment has 2 shared bathrooms which were nice and cleen, and the breakfast was good too!

Lady was very friendly, after a whole night bus tour, she offered us to check in early which was nice. The room was clean and we had everything we needed for a two night stay. Food for breakfast is served to your room and it is Italian style, expect to be sweet. I asked for additional coffee and tea, which was not a problem. During our stay the hotel was not busy, we always had easy access to shower and toilet which was clean. Worth the price we paid, I particularly liked the location. Beware it is a noisy area, you need to shut the window to be able to sleep

Through the night the street below can be busy/ loud, however we knew this would be the case wherever we stayed as we wanted an easy location. Still slept well and the only thing that woke us up was everyone collecting breakfast in the morning as we were next door to the kitchen!

The room was great, little balcony to look out to the street. Clean and spacious for any luggage you have. Lovely staff. Made it easy for us to check in and access the room. Great location for walking to any tourist attractions and only 15 min walk to the main train station. Breakfast included was a nice touch too.

Minimal facilities and shared bathroom suited me but aren't for everyone. Also if you like to sleep with the window open (as I do) it was a bit noisy. (You could easily close the window and block out sound if you wished to)
