The bus service no. 37 should be the easiest one to get to and from the city centre. Unfortunately we had multiple occasions where the bus just won’t turn up! Apparently happens frequently with some buses in Florence.

Exceptional property with great history. Well maintained with excellent staff. Fabrizia was exceptionally helpful with guiding us around the property and also helped us out with bus tickets, maps of Florence and what not to miss with the kids. She also booked us in a close by restaurant for one night for dinner!

A lovely hotel in a quiet 'out of town' location in the Tuscan countryside, yet only about 20 minutes by bus from the centre of Florence. The last bus back is at about 11.15pm so you can still enjoy an evening in the city without worrying about the time. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, Fabrizia and her husband could not have been better hosts. I would highly recommend a bottle or two of the local Chianti which they sell on site, and a meal at the local restaurant about 10 minutes walk away.

Very convenient to Florence. Bus stop to get into the city is down the hill and able to purchase tickets from the owner. The owner, Fabrizia, was very helpful in making suggestions on local places to eat. Fabrizio and her husband were both very welcoming and great hosts!

Great location near the highway, convenient with free parking, easy to take a bus to Florence. The hostess was very helpful. We were able to leave our car after check out so we can explore Florence and go home in the evening.

There was no coffee or milk in the room, so we went out and bought some.

The location outside of Florence was perfect, as there was a very good bus service just around the corner. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very quiet location in spite of being quite close to a busy nearby motorway. The continental breakfast was also excellent. The host Fabrizia, was outstanding, she was very friendly and helpful with her advice. Her communication was excellent.

the mosquitoes were rife when we arrived and my wife was bitten profusely on her legs when checking in in the office. we were ok after we found a supermarket and sprayed the room profusely. it was just one of those things at that time of the year.

Spacious clean room, very good breakfast (salad, ham, cheese, cereals, croissant, yoghurt, fruit), host is extremely friendly and helpful (we got a map of Florence where she had marked special sights and where the bus is stopping and restaurant recommendations), you can even buy the bus ticket at the B&B. Convenient location just a minute from the highway and bus stop to Florence.

Nothing, I thought it was great.

The B&B is stunning and the grounds are lovely, along with this our bedroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Fabrizia couldn't be more helpful and welcoming, she gave great suggestions of where to go in Florence and other places to visit. It's the perfect place to stay to head into Florence, the bus stop is a 2 mins walk and the journey into Florence is quick. Breakfast was delicious and so much selection.

Minor issues with toilet, only body bath soap in the bathroom. And a little bit too close to highway, which makes it easy to find but interfere with advertised character.

Nice small B&B, however with a slightly old feeling. Some updates in the room would make it perfect.

Located very close to the highway, you can hear the noise of cars, they don't have mosquito nets on the windows and they pinched us, the staircase we went up to the room was full of spider webs, we struggled to pull the troller through the stones in the yard . Breakfast is quite poor, although the price is not very low

The bus station that goes to the center is very close. The lady at the reception was very kind, she gave us useful information to visit the city.

We loved everything about this place!

Perfection! This was the nicest place we stayed in three weeks in Italy! We were able to get an apartment for the four of us. Gorgeous area and views in Tuscany. We parked there and took the bus (the stop was a few steps away) into Florence each day. We were excited to come back each night to our gorgeous place. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, such wonderful people. The apartment couldn't have been nicer. Spectacular breakfast every morning, anything we wanted! We loved it here and could have stayed for weeks!!!

Only thing I would change is a microwave in the room, everything else was great!!

Amazing hospitality from Fabrizia!! We came with kids and had some special requests regarding the children Fabrizia easily met. Also very helpful recommendations for trip planning and good restaurants. Spacious rooms and comfy beds in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, but very close to Florence (via bus or car). About breakfast it's possible to ask for some changes a day ahead.
