An antique property, in a quaint location. You feel transported back in time, as care and attention was taken to retain the authentic antique features of the property. The highlight was the authentic breakfast prepared by the host himself. It was an absolute pleasure to indulge in local produce, which enhanced the experience. We also enjoyed exchanging knowledge about culture and history.

The paradise like beaches are a drive away albeit 10-20 minutes, but there is barely any public transport so you need a car if you stay here. Muravera is a very sleepy place, not much going on, so if you are looking for a place with lots of nightlife and buzz, this might not be for you. Saying that, we had a lovely few days here, and the nearby beaches are fabulous, as were the restaurants on the beach.

Very charming place to stay in the heart of Muravera. Our room was wonderfully air conditioned, and was perfectly adequate for our needs as we really were out all day and just came back to sleep in the evenings! It was clean, comfortable and had a lovely rustic feel. What really made the place was the host, Mauro, a super friendly guy who made us feel very welcome and produced an amazing spread for breakfast each morning! We really enjoyed staying here. We only wish we could have spoken better Italian to be able to converse more with him!

We were told on arrival that we couldn’t book breakfast for the following morning, even though this was advertised as a feature of the B&B. No wifi password or local information was provided in the room and, apart from the kind lady who arrived to let us in, we didn’t see anyone else at the property. No information was available pre-arrival on parking in the local area.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. We appreciated the extra blankets and the gift of cookies provided.

Our expectations of breakfast were big, it was the main reason why we chose this acommodatiton but it didn’t taste very good. Another con is the location. There is not even one restaurant in Muravera and night life doesn’t exists there.

It was close to many beaches. Parking us free and close.
