The property is on a very narrow road that it isn't possible to drive down and the sat nav had us going round in circles and up steps etc trying to reach it. Through good luck and no thanks to the sat nav we drove up what turned out to be a cul de sac that it led off where we were able to park.

Actually only one of the four apartments has a balcony. The other three are rather „French balconies“.

Breakfast was lovely and extraordinary compared to other Italian breakfasts I had in the past. The host was always friendly and available whenever needed. Rooms are small (especially with two big suitcases) but the interior was chosen with lots of love to the details. Perfectly located in a quite street but still super close and walkable to the old town.

Nothing. However, it has to be mentioned that free parking in the nearby streets could be difficult to find. Especially if you have a large car. So get to the property in the dead-end street, walk down 25 m the alley to reach Incanto Siciliano, drop your luggage, and then look after your parking

Wow, what an experience! It is a hidden gem in the heart of Noto, next to restaurants, the Cathedral, Palazzo Castelluccio, and much more. Lovely, spot-clean, right-sized room (n. 4) with a comfy bed. Large walk-in shower, good toiletries. Good lighting, and high-speed WiFi everywhere (Ookla verified). A common sitting area on the first floor and a cozy terrace on the roof-top are available to the guest 24 h. Easy access to the property, self-service check-in. Special mention to the breakfast, served either on the open-air terrace or, with cold or bad weather, in a pleasant breakfast room next to the terrace. Homemade cakes, jams, fresh fruits, cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, olives, cheese, Parma ham, yogurt, biscuits, Scaccia Ragusana (filled "focaccia" soft bread, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. An incredible start for your day in Noto. At breakfast the friendly and welcoming host Ms. Caterina meets you and helps with the breakfast, and suggestions on what to see, what to do in Noto. Highly recommended

The room was very nicely decorated with lots of attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent and we were able to have it on a roof-top terrace! It was also perfectly located to visit Noto.

The hotel is situated in a quiet street where the main pedestrian area can be reached within a short walking distance. The breakfast was very delicious and gluten-free breakfast was also available. There is a little top roof terrasse for the breakfast, that is unique. The room was clean and with a very stylish equipment.

Our stay at Incanto Siciliano was really great! The object is located super convenienlty, just 5 minutes walk from the main street/old square of Noto, in a very quiet and charming street. Our room was beautifully decorated and had everything needed for a short and comfortable stay. The breakfast prepared by the host is extraordinary- it offers a great selection of local savoury baked goods, such as sandwiches or typical sicilian tomato sauce breads, fresh cheese, prosciutto, as well as different kinds of croissants and pastries. Would love to stay here again!

The property was just lovely. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and located a hop and skip away from the town center where all the attractions, restaurants and shops were. It was exactly as in pictures. There was a nice communal living room where you could get together with friends as well as a nice terrace on the rooftop where a delicious and complete breakfast was served. It was perfect for Noto. Couldn’t ask for anymore. The host was very nice and helpful. Grazie Caterina!

Parking is a bit tricky, streets are narrow, and there's no parking at the property. But we easily found a spot down the street and walked our luggage up. (Normally you can probably get close to the location and drop off your bags, but we were there for the Infiorata, so some roads were closed.) This was not at all a problem for us - the bathroom is very cool, with a glass sliding door from the bedroom and a curtain for privacy. We loved it, but it's not for people who want a traditional bathroom door.

Excellent communication with the B&B owner, who helped us to locate the property and find free, close parking. Centrally located, walking distance to main area. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious and extensive choices (fresh fruit, yogurt, meats, cheese, pastries, sandwiches, honey, jams, coffee/teas). Small but modern beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable room, with everything you need, mini fridge, good lighting & outlets. Spacious bathroom with places to hang our handwashed clothing, and towel warmer. Comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Quiet location - our room was on 1st/ground floor, window opened to courtyard - no view but was quiet and bright. Beautiful rooftop indoor or outdoor breakfast room.

the air-con in the room was installed with a sensor hence it was automatically switch on and off at weird occasion which cause some noises while sleeping.

bit of noise upstairs when breakfast is being prepared. echoing building - may bother some but I’m always awake by 7 so did not bother me. all other times were super quiet

very cute BNB. I think there are 4 rooms. I stayed in a double with balcony overlooking alleyway. it was nice and quiet. the bed at first I thought might be a bit hard but it was super comfortable. the room was very clean. the shower was awesome… great water pressure which was surprising breakfast ready at 830 but the host let me eat at 8 as I was catching a train which was very nice. really nice lady who runs the property. short walk to main square like 5 minutes ( slight uphill walking to bnb) very safe for solo traveller I walked from train station but it was a bit warm . I didn’t have too much trouble but it was a good 20-30 minutes mostly up hill( not huge hill but definitely incline) taxi is about 10 euro and there was one at the station. host gave excellent suggestions for restaurants which I tried and were delicious! I would definitely stay here again

The noise isolation of the rooms is not the best, and since our room was just next to the reception we could hear all other guests on their way in and out :-)
