During my stay, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.

It was cold that day, but the room was kept warm and comfortable. European-style furniture is also nice. The owner was also a wonderful person.

No coffee or no extra amenities

Just missing some amenities like coffee and some snacks. Otherwise it was a perfect location, clean, and the lady was kind and guided us through the place. However she doesn’t speak that well English. It felt like a home

It was an old flat, the personnel didn't give us our towels. When I called the administration, they didn't understand, because of English. I was waiting for a long time until she brought and asked me how many towels I needed. There was a key for the personal bathroom. It was uncomfortable, every time you go to the bathroom, you should take keys, after that you should close the door.

Maybe the old fashioned retro flat. Like XVIII century interior.

The air conditioners were broken, which wasn't too big of a deal because it wasn't that hot outside. Somehow even with the windows closed, lots of mosquitos got in.

The hotel is in a really convenient area, only a few minutes away from some of Florence's biggest attractions. The room was spacious, basically an apartment and was very clean. Maria is very friendly and accommodating.

It was up 2 flights of stairs to our room which didn't bother us but I know they have other rooms that would be suitable for people who don't want to do stairs.

Katti House is in a great position. We walked there from the station and we were right in the middle of everything. The room furnishing was "old worldy" and suited my idea of a well furnished room in Florence. It had a fridge and kettle and our room didn't' front onto the street so was very quiet. We also like the breakfast which was 3 Euros each and for that we went to a local cafe, Pompi and has a lovely pastry and coffee.

Hair dryer working 30 seconds and switched off, impossible to dry long womens hair. The pillows was a bit bigger, we love smaller size. The owners, are very nice, but do not speak english.

Restaurant, that they reccomended was amazing and under the mark of Trip advisor.Place just 5 meters from appartment. Katty house gave 10% discount. Nice move, we like it.

It was very hot, and the air conditioning turned itself off every 30 seconds. That meant that we had a very hot night and couldn't sleep as it was so muggy.

the size of the room was good for a family of 4. the location was great. the room decor was what we were looking for, but the bed was rather hard.

Water preasure not strong enough to wash up fast. One of shower gel packs was used when we arrived. There are 6 keys to carry with you from any possible door.

I messaged the host on the booking.com app whether we could leave our luggage there when we arrive at 8am but there was no proper response. I messaged repeatedly, emailed and called the phone number provided for check in instructions but no response. No whatsapp available. We then just decided to leave our luggage at the station and arrive during check in times to be safe. When we arrived the people there seemed they were not expecting us until I showed my booking.com confirmation. Host was an elderly man who did not speak English so it was understandable if they were not Internet savvy but at least they should respond to phone calls.

Whilst we liked the overall location and appartments we found the bathroom very small and room rather dark. The windows were facing into a shared corridor so never felt completely private.

We stayed at Katti house for two nights during our stay in Florence. The appartments are located in the historical centre, very close to the tram T2 that takes you here from the airport (2mins walk to the apartments from the tram stop Unita). Maria was so lovely and welcoming and made us feel welcome 😊 We stayed at a small appartment on the first floor which was clean thorough. Grazie mille Maria

Fantastic location and even though it was very close to the main attractions it was very quiet and there was no street noise. Good size room which was cleaned throughout our stay. Staff were lovely. Shower was good.

No lift - exactly as described - better limit your luggage - rooms are located on 2/3 floors

Super friendly and supportive owners are always on site. Room is nicely made with attention to details. Perfect isolation from the street noise. Conveniently located close to all places of interest.
