Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaSpacious rooms located within walking distance of Toledo Street which is one of the major shopping and dining areas. Also very close to several landmarks. Excellent staff. Breakfast was amazing which was served on a rooftop terrace with a view of the city and the port area.

United States of AmericaWe love the location of this hotel in the top story and roof terrace of a 5-story office building near the Piazza Municipio, the port, Castel Nuovo and the Spanish Quarter. If you are staying in Naples after a cruise, it's perfect and an easy walk from the dock. The Spanish Quarter and the city can be a little daunting if you are not used to the busyness of a chaotic but vibrant city, but the hotel is on the outskirts. It's only a 2 block walk to the Via Toledo and all the restaurants and shops. This is our 3rd stay at this hotel. The staff if helpful and pleasant, and a bonus is the roof top terrace which we were able to take advantage of this time due to warmer weather. Breakfast was served on the terrace. Would love to return someday.

The location is good, closed to the port and the metro station and yet the neighborhood is quiet. The hotel has a 24-hr desk, and it allowed us to check-in early. The room is comfortable.

CanadaWe highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to visit Naples. It's a small hotel on the top floor of a building in a corner of Piazza Municipio. The entrance and elevator are very unassuming, but the hotel itself is beautiful. We had a good-sized, very comfortable room with a small balcony overlooking a quiet street. The buffet breakfast on the roof was very nice with a great view. Don't leave your food unattended as the birds may swoop in to help themselves - otherwise they won't bother you. All of the people working at the hotel were very friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. The location is perfect. It's a short metro ride from the main train station. The main shopping street of Toledo is a block away and Piazza del Plebescito is about 5 minutes away. There are many restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. The port is about 5 minutes walk away. One day we did a ferry trip to the Island of Procida, which we really enjoyed.

The room was beautiful, the staff was absolutely wonderful. They helped us get booking to the airport in the morning and just went out of their way to be helpful. We’re American and it’s a little difficult sometimes but they were perfect.

United KingdomThere was only one thing that was poor at this hotel and that was the breakfast. The dining area is fantastic, up on the roof of the buildings with views of the city and Vesuvius, but the quality and range of food was really quite poor. It was surprising when every other aspect of the hotel was so good. We went up for breakfast as it opened on 2 of the 3 days, and they were already missing some items and others looked like they had been sat out for ages. The eggs and bacon were cold and congealed, we had to ask for bread, and there was a mouldy butter pack. There wasn't a lot of options or much of anything actually. The fruit selection was good though, and was fresh. The yoghurts fine too. If we were to stay here again we would just go out for breakfast as there are so many good options close by.
A fantastic location which puts you close to most of the major attractions in Naples. The metro is just a couple of minutes walk away, the ferry port is 5 minutes walk away, and some of the best food you'll ever eat is literally all around you! The hotel itself was easy to find and check in smooth. The room was spacious, very clean, the bed was large and comfortable. Air conditioning was great too, which was fantastic as it was very hot and humid whilst we were staying. The bathroom was very clean and big too. The biggest positive was the staff. Before and during our stay they were incredibly helpful, both at the front desk and via WhatsApp. They helped us with taxi bookings to an attraction on the first day that we were running late for, and to the airport on the last morning. They were accommodating with extra pillows for the bed, and when there was a problem with the hot water at the end of one long day out, they were quick to fix the problem and keep us informed. For one of the days we had a trip planned to Salerno to watch Salernitana play (apologies to your staff member who supports them as we brought them no luck against Torino!), and we received a lot of help and advice on how to get to and from there, especially as there was a public transport strike that day. All in all, a very pleasant stay, at a really good hotel with some of the best staff.

Great hotel. Located in a very central part of Naples. The staff working at the front desk is incredibly nice and helpful at providing local recommendations for food. They were also helpful in hailing taxi cabs. Breakfast is very good with standard Italian fare of fresh fruits, juices and pastries.

United KingdomJacuzzi looked dirty and could do with a clean, so we didn't end up using it.
Loved the rooftop terrace, with gorgeous views of Vesuvius and the piazza below. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they accommodated our every need. Comfortable room which was made up every morning to a high standard. The air con was INCREDIBLE! TV had a range of channels in lots of languages too. Location was ideal for accessing restaurants, bars and cafes, and was only a stone's throw from both the ferry port and the metro line so we were able to travel easily to close islands and around the city.

The property was conveniently located for the activities we did. Very secure and considering it’s such a busy city the hotel was so quiet and peaceful. The roof terrace with hot tub was an added bonus and provided a little oasis for a quiet drink at the end of busy days sightseeing.
