Very convenient to the centre of Brescia, Just a few hundred metres south of Piazza della Vittoria. Modern, clean and quiet, with a nice en-suite bathroom. The host was very helpful, providing a town map and advice on the main sights. There is Lift access and Breakfast is included.

Well. It is difficult to even remember... Everything was smooth. Maybe just password for WIFI could help place in very noticeable place - just to answer this question 🙂

The overall impression was just right: warm and friendly support without too much attention. Owner contacted via WhatsUp and this was very good. Among other things I enjoyed elevator. And view from my window.

I love the whole apartment. Warm and cosy. I found it really close to main attraction and train/bus station. The hospitality was great. Nice breakfast with all sorts of tasty treats. I will definitely back there again!

The owner was very gracious. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the necessities. Breakfast had plenty of options. The location is very central but it is on a quiet street.

The mattress is not amazing, but do clearly the job.

The room was perfect, and the even prepared a non-gluten option. Recommend hundreds percent, might coming back later in Brescia because of La Filanda.

The curtain in the bathroom, closing the shower area, is very short, so the water floods all the bathroom and one can easily fall on the slippery floor. The cleaning starts BEFORE 9 AM (the neighborhood room's guests left very early in the 2 mornings I staid there) in a very noisy matter - aspirating, slamming doors, loud conversation and laughs, when the check out hour is at 10.30 a.m. This is not acceptable when trying to rest being on weekend vacations.

Very clean, cozy and perfectly placed in the old town place! The host is very friendly and gives useful and efficient information, Good internet speed. Toiletries and bottles of water provided and every day cleaning. Enough towels provided. The breakfast is of packed food mainly, but fortunately there is a huge fridge full of yogurt, milk and cheese. Well equipped kitchen for self service.

Wifi connection was weak, most of the time my phone couldn’t connect it. I think a wifi range extender might solve this.

Location is very close to metro station and also only 15 min walking from the central train station. Host was very nice and helpful. Room always smelled fresh and clean every time I walked in. There were more than enough space, definitely not one of this cramped rooms where you can’t even open your luggage. Breakfast was also nice. I would definitely consider to stay in this hotel if I visit Brescia again.

Location is great, quite close to the city center, but quiet in a side street, so sleep at night was really good. Breakfast mainly italian style: there is a broad choice of cookies, milk, tea, coffee, juice, croissants, yogurt, ham etc.

Wi-Fi signal is very weak

La Filanda is very centrally located, approx. 15 min on foot from the train station and a short walk to the old town. The place is very clean and confortable, my room and bathroom were spacious and light. I had a very very good sleep, the bed and matress are super comfortable. The breakfast was nice. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Many thanks for everything, I have enjoyed my stay in Brescia.

Great location, genuine host. Easy walking distance from metro station and Brescia town centre. Excellent amenities in apartment. Excellent breakfast with great selection. We’ll worth the money, would highly recommend .
