We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

HungaryThe shower was tiny and our bathroom window opened to our neighbours terrace. We didn't have air conditioning, just an overhead fan, so it was unbearably hot in our room.
Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and to metromare. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We had to catch an early train in the morning of our leave. They made sure that we could eat breakfast at 5:00 am.

First and foremost - absolutely fabulous owners and staff, semplicemente il migliore! Super friendly, reacted always promptly and with a smile to every question and request for help. Breakfast was abundant - toast, ham, cheese, eggs, yogurt, fresh homemade pastries, fruits. Good coffee (with as many refills as you like) comes without saying. The lobby had also a small bar where you could get refreshing beer or soda during the day. The rooms were simple, but everything you needed was there. Although the hotel was close to the beach and restaurants, the rooms were quiet. Really family friendly hotel.

Close to the sea, there is a grocery store nearby. Although the building is old, it is very well maintained and everything was clean.

An incredible place with very friendly staff. What really impressed us during the stay was the cleanliness of the place and the cleaning provided in the rooms. Exceptional attitude of the staff who not only are there at any given moment but also help you to understand how to move around the city, where to take what bus, where to buy the tickets etc. Despite the friendliness and easygoing atmosphere you do not feel overwhelmed with the presence of the staff members which sometimes might happen in other facilities in resorts. Overall if I was ever to come back to Rimini I would definitely consider this hotel as my primary option.

ItalyThe bidet cannot be used, because it is placed against a wall... (I don't know who could come up with this). The breakfast is abundant, but not very good in my opinion (I did not like the coffee nor the croissants). The bed was very uncomfortable.
The cost is fair and the staff is helpful. The breakfast is abundant and is a good solution if you are in a hurry (or very hungry). If you are in Rimini for the sea, know that the beach is very near. The area was quiet. It is easy to access the hotel at night when no one is at the reception.
