I stayed off season and so everything seemed tired and 'in waiting'. Room service expensive and they forgot one item, meaning it had to be brought later, so I had a two-stage meal (they did take off the item they forgot from the bill). Small amount of parking spaces, VERY tight parking lot.

First and foremost, the staff “ Carmine”at the Reception was outstanding. He greeted us with warm smile across his handsome face; and administered our checking very efficiently; and offered us excellent local cuisine and interesting places of interest within Vietri Sul Mare . Carmine showed us to our room no .336 and which has a splendid view of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Our hotel room is spick and span ; though our tap is found leaking ; and makes noise when the tap is turned on . The Break fast and the view of the dining area are amazing ! Overall, a delighted hotel to stay , and a good base to start one’s Amalias Coast road trip. Thank you for giving aMemorable and Relaxing Hotel!

Staff friendliness and knowledge. Location of our room. All others in our group had sea facing rooms. We paid the same amount but looked down at a parking lot. Noisy in the morning.

The view to the port is not very appellative , but apart from that the location is excelent!

Even with a view to the port, the Hotel was just great, in terms of room size and services... all amazing! The Hotel is very well located (although has a view to the port which is not the very best) within a short walk to Vietri Sur Mar where you can find great ceramic.

The main thing that was quite disturbing is that the hotel is located next door to a outdoor disco. The music which goes to 5AM echos in your room. Impossible to sleep if your a light sleeper (no fault of the hotels). The bed was little uncomfortable, our room was small. The hotel is off the beaten path and getting to the piers to view the coast is a little pricey by taxi. You can utilize a bus which is quite inexpensive but wastes a lot of time.

Liked the hotel was on the beach. The outdoor terrace was nice to sit out in the evening. Marco (staff member) we met at breakfast was awesome. He was helpful even off the property. Francesco (hotel manager) was very accommodating with our needs. The rest of the staff was friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was abundant although eggs were quite loose. Lol.

There was party on beach (neighbour, next to hotel) in every evening. Quite much noise to our room.

The sala positano restaurant food so bad and was not up to a standard hotel food and the breakfast never had variety’s and the money that we paid for was not worth it

The different elevators to go up and down are slow

Convenient location right on water where you can hear sound of waves from your balcony. Breakfast is good with nice variety. The separate elevator to go down the beach is cool

The hotel warned us about the disco party on Friday and Saturday nights. We stayed from Sunday to Friday. And there was VERY loud music EVERY night, way past midnight and well into early morning. It was difficult to get a peaceful night rest.

It was short walk to Vietri which is not too crowded and a good town to wander around. The room, and the hotel in general, is clean. The view from our room was good. Hotel staff was friendly enough.

Having to pay 20-30€ per person for a spot on their private beach is ridiculous - should be complimentary given the price of the room. The extremely loud beach party (which goes until 5 am every Fri-Sat, 1 am other nights) made it difficult to sleep. Confusing to find the room (required multiple elevator rides) at first.

Excellent location and the rooms were great (even if a little dated). Loved our balcony overlooking the ocean. Restaurants on the property were great as well. Closeness to Amalfi/Positano by ferry is a big plus. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Noise of fireworks and music every Wednesday through Sunday on lower floors ,since hotel renovations much better. Had booked a room with a balcony and ended up with Juliette which is just fenced window.Booked this room over 9 months ago so if you really want specific rooms go directly through hotel,not book.in.

Great free italian breakfast. Beautiful private beach. Lovely little village within walking distance. Many restaurants nearby. Even though we had a problem with our room, front desk tried to do what they could,very friendly and courteous.

The rooms are very old and need to be renovated. The rooms have a common door between the neighbor's room and all the noise from the next room is inside your room which is really disturbing. Moreover, the disco on the beach is not allowing you to rest and sleep in your room until 5 am which is not acceptable.

The location is perfect, the staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is providing really high-quality wifi.
