It’s a very lovely hotel, in which we felt very comfortable. The host is friendly, elegant, welcoming and caring, mirroring the well-known hospitality and elegance of Venetians. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast was nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and surely come back next time I visit Venice.

There was so little space, it was hard to unpack suitcases. I think it would have been nice to have a kettle or coffee machine in the room.

The location was very good for Venice. Our basic needs were met, comfortable bed, hot water. The room was nice, although extremely small. There were nice windows that opened up to a “street” below. The breakfast that was available for purchase and was good. There was also a lift!

The bathroom was very tight. But functional.

The location of the property was fairly close to where we wanted to be. Within walking distance from our arrival. Our room was gorgeous and the location with a view of a canal was spectacular. We did spend time in our room away from the busy streets at times to have wine and looking at the “traffic” local gondolas going by!!

We stayed here with two kids ( 5 years and 9 years old). The location is perfect. It is very close to San Marco and Rialto but it is not crowded street. The room is clean and big enough according to Venice standards. We have a nice canal view. The owner is very helpful. We did need a stroller and she found a place for rent and arrange the pick up from hotel which saves us. They serve a nice breakfast.

Super location! Very near to st marks basilica and the doges palace. The host was extremely helpful and kind! But the room was tiny. But may be that is the way it is in Venice!

Canal gets a lot of traffic early in the morning. If you are sensitive to sound this might bother you. It didn't bother us at all and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great location, very easy to walk to top attractions. We got the canal view room which was very spacious, with a great view and super comfy bed. Room was very clean and had all the required amenities.

Hotel Casa Patrarca was lovely and clean, easy to find thanks to the directions from the staff who text us the day before we arrived, situated perfectly in the city. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. We would absolutely stay there again.

The room is small compared to a typical hotel room in America, but it really can’t be compared to that standard due to the size places have to work with in Venice. The shared bathroom wasn’t our favorite idea at first but again, it worked out perfectly fine and wasn’t an issue at all! It is maintained very nicely.

The location is absolutely amazing, truly in the heart of Venice and minutes from so many great locations. The staff is extraordinary, very welcoming and helpful. Very clean room as well, I can’t believe the price for all things considered.

A dream place to stay!! Our room was small but perfect for us two and had everything that we needed. We shared a bathroom with another room and there were no trouble with it + it was spotless clean throughout the day. The showel gel wasn’t refilled after it has finished so we showered without soap on the last two days of our stay. 😆

The location is fantastic! Although the room was a tad small but it was comfortable especially the bed! We get really good sleep after a whole day of sightseeing and walking. It was a good value for money. Do take note you have share the bathroom with another room but the bathroom is good too. Very clean.
