The whole accommodation was really lovely, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were really nice and they responded really quickly to our messages. The view from our room and the terrace was incredible! We will definitely be back, when we are next in Venice.

Our second stay and hopefully not our last! The staff were amazing and went above and beyond and couldn't do more for you. The hotel was clean, welcoming and great location not far from all the sights but away from the crowds after a busy day.

The bathroom had a sewage smell which I suppose is common in Venice. The plug in air freshener helped and we did get used to it.

Breakfast was not in the hotel, but in a cafe 300m away. We received a voucher. For breakfast there was only 1 croissant and 1 cappuccino. Nothing more. We expected a bigger offer.

Quiet hotel near the center. There are reasonable prices in the restaurants in this area. We were satisfied with everything. We arrived from the airport by public waterboat to the vicinity of the hotel.

Clean, owner was very helpful. There is a coffee machine which was very welcome & a kettle to make tea in the communal room.location was close to places to eat, drink but away from the crowds of tourists.

We stayed here in July for my mum's birthday and there was 3 of us in the room. We were in the room on the ground floor straight through the reception. I was initially worried about this, however there were no complaints from us. The beds were super comfortable and the room AC was great. The bathroom and room were spotless and very well equipped. We really loved our stay and I have already recommended to friends and family. I will definitely stay here again!

There is no elevator. This was not unexpected, just something to note for heavy bags.

The location is excellent near the laid-back Dorsoduro neighborhood in Venice. This means it’s relatively quiet and less crowded, but still close to the central canal (so easy to get to and from the train station), and a perfect base to explore all of Venice. The breakfast voucher for the cafe nearby was a nice touch. The host gave me helpful recommendations for restaurants and off-the-beaten path things to see as well.

This place is wonderful! Honestly, we didn't expect it to be so wonderful! The photos do not fully reflect the character of this place. The owner is a wonderful person who always greets you with a smile on her face. We have never experienced such nice service. The rooms are clean and with soul. Comfortable beds and pillows. Delicious coffee and snacks available on site. Even the cosmetics in the hotel have a wonderful atmosphere. The district itself became our favorite precisely because of its peace and quiet. You can sleep with the windows open and not worry about street noise. A modest but delicious Venetian breakfast included in the price at a nearby pub. We will definitely come back to this place <3

The coffee machine wasn’t working on 2 separate occasions and because this is a guest house the staff weren’t there to sort Breakfast (coffee and croissant) is at nearby cafe Given 1 bottle of water to save on plastic but toiletries were in lots of plastic packets Milk in the communal tea/coffee are would have been a benefit for the tea

We had to take our luggage up two flights of stairs. Owners were very helpful and patient with all of our questions and concerns about leaving Venice.

Small, quiet, old building with modern bathroom. Convenient to the boat to get to the train station. We felt safe in the area.

Perfect location on one of quite canals next to Grand Canal. Small boutique hotel with very friendly owners and staff. What I recommend only to add wine glasses to the room as we are in the wine country :)

Fantastic off the beaten path B&B. Simple but perfect, just far enough from the busy spots to be convenient but quiet at night, great value and loved the little rooftop terrace.

We would have liked a kettle in the room but I appreciated the free water and tea making facilities in the communal room. Pillows were overly firm and not as comfy as I like.

Itys a bit hard to find from the North... easy from the Vaporetti there was a strike when we arrived - to had to walk and got lost...
