The property is beautiful. Fantastic location for exploring within the walled city. Luca the host was extremely helpful with showing us on a map all of the main attractions to see, some hidden ones that required local knowledge to find. The breakfast and service was outstanding. There is nothing to fault in this property. 10/10

Maybe it’s near a hospital. I could hear siren all night long and that affected my sleep as I’m a light sleeper.

Communication and service from Luca was excellent. We were very happy with our clean and comfortable room that had everything we needed. 4 min walk to central Lucca. Room was very quiet, good selection of food at breakfast, we had a lovely stay.

Everything was perfect. We were very warmly welcomed. The host is a very nice and helpful person. Location is near the Old Town of Lucca, so it is the best place to see it. Very good breakfast. Thank you, and we will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Great location, easy to book, as described. Luca (the owner) went above and beyond what we would expect, picking us up from the station and dropping us back. He was also available early for us to drop our bags and gave us some great tips for our day in Lucca.

The host, Luca went above and beyond to make our stay in Lucca hassle free as possible. Luca dropped us off at the train station and offered to pick us up. Luca fixed a to go breakfast for my daughter since she left for work prior to breakfast being served. Luca also recommended some awesome restaurants. The location of the property is just a couple of minutes walk from the wall. Perfect location with parking.

Breakfast options are ok, but you need to be assisted by the owner. He will bring you the options you choose at the table, even if it is an open buffet.

15 minutes walking from the old town Villa is nice decorated, comfortable bed, clean room, free parking at the property. The owner is friendly, willing to share information about turistic interests. He also borrowed us umbrellas as it was raining when we visited the city.

Gorgeous villa in a perfect location, very close to the old town. The host "Luca" was very accommodating even collecting us from our car rental drop-off depot at the start of our stay and giving us a ride to the train station at the end of our stay! Lovely breakfast enjoyed in the private garden, definitely recommend & would stay again

A little part of the walk to town was across a large road but the drivers were very polite and stopped.

Lovely room with amenities and big windows. Nice breakfast which we ate on the balcony looking at the flowers. Sweet all the way around.
