Nothing to complain. I hope to buy breakfast on one of the mornings but I found it a bit too simple for 10 euro.

The location is very close to the Milan Central station which is very convenient. There is a coffee shop next to the hotel if you need a quick breakfast. There is a supermarket nearby. Tram number 1 which takes you straight to the center is just around the corner. The room is very spacious, clean, and warm. Customer service is very good and friendly. The area is quite.

Location is just 5 minutes from Milan Central station. Clean, comfortable and airy room full of light with a balcony. Breakfast more than satisfactory. Recommended and will stay again.

Nothing to complain about as such. Keeping in mind, the space constraints in European hotels and B&Bs, facility was comfortable.

Front Staff - Very helpful Dining staff particularly the breakfast hosts. Wonderful, welcoming attitude in the morning, especially the gentleman and the madam, who made fantastic caffe and very forthcoming with all our requests. Fantastic location, less than a 10 minute walk from the central Milano train station and a 5 minute walk from the metro. Safe, secure with plenty of eateries and convenient stores and what not.

The rooms don’t have any noise proof and they tried to improve the room but this was done in a hurry and you can see this very clear. The minus of the hotel was a really annoying noise came from the engine of the elevator. Also in the morning/evening you can hear the noise from the street. The breakfast was not so diverse but you have something to eat/drink before starting the day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near the train station, metro station ( ~5 min), very good location. Very good restaurant near the hotel where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. We stayed at the 6th floor and the view was very nice. Every day we had the room cleaned, towels replaced and supplies added. The AC is very good.

Value for money. Price jumped immediately after booking attempt. Not very well maintained for the price, missing also proper lounge. The breakfast is not very spectacular. Non proper supply of room cosmetic.

The staff was generous. The area has good surroundings with restaurants, stations and shops. The cleaning happened regularly.

The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. There was no kettle in the room.

Location was about 500m and walkable from the Milan Centrale Train station. I landed in Milan around 2pm and got to the hotel by 4pm. There is also several restaurants around the vicinity. Perfect for a short stay in transit to the next location. It's a little tricky to open the main door but the concierge is there to help and show you if needed.

Hard to adjust heating/ventilation - controller was there but no instructions. Could not switch from bath to shower (the knob was too stiff). If my stay had been longer, I am sure these would have been sorted.

There was some bad smell coming from the drainage in the bathroom. Hard to fix it, I would try to include an air freshener.

Very nice and comfortable room, big double bed, good size wardrobe, armchair, desk and tv, balcony, and big bathroom. Nice location and view of Piazza San Camillo de Lellis.

The hotel is older and would need a bit of fixing up here and there but for us that wasn’t a problem.

The location was perfect, everything is walking distance if you’re like me and my sister and don’t mind seeing the city by walking around. However the metro is also right next to you and easy to use, so that is also a plus. The staff at Mennini were super lovely and friendly. Also the breakfast was better than we expected and not just a croissant and a coffee. All in all, we really enjoyed the hotel and and would definitely stay here again when visiting Milan!
