For those arriving at the hotel with a car. the hotel does not have enough parking spaces, they offered us a parking space that is between five and ten minutes' walk away. After nine o'clock at night we did not feel safe walking around the hotel area daily parking cost 25 euros . The breakfast served on the minus one floor.

The hotel staff did everything they could to help us. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel is close to the bus and tram station. Which makes it easier to get around the city? There is a coffee set in the room. The breakfast is good. after an in-depth discussion we allowed to park in the hotel's parking lot, we thank the hotel staff

We were offered an upgrade room a few weeks before our arrival. Which we accepted only to find that we had been moved to a room with disabled access facilities We had also been told that the room had just recently been refurbished Upon inspection this was clearly not the case

This hotel shouldn't be allowed to claim they are in the city center! They are on the edge of the city center. Be prepared for a long walk if coming from the train station and/or heading to the city center to see Florence attractions. The breakfast was not satisfying for the price you pay. To be in Italy which is known for its good food we were disappointed with their breakfast and the eggs were very watery as if they used powdered eggs.

The hotel itself is overall good. Room was clean and we had a nice view.

The location is really great! There is an electric train station that takes you to the city center All in all, one stop and you are the center of attention. The hotel is comfortable and the service is good.

The luggage support is a little too small to steadily hold even a carry on.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and feels like a quite retreat; you can select from different pillows the one that you prefer and there is a wide variety of food for breakfast.

We waited more than 30 minutes for our dinner order to be taken. In the meantime a guest left because the waiter took way too long. Our shower head was switching from very hot to cold and back again sometimes.

All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was perfectly clean and equipped with everything we needed.

- The room wasn’t quiet at all and wasn’t sound proof, you could hear other rooms sounds even when they were just walking When you try to have a relaxing time and sleep you will wake up or get scared of some sounds. - they will raise their prices suddenly if you try to extend your night, I did that but the night before they told me to wait until tomorrow maybe the other staff could give Us a better price so we waited until the other day and prices was even higher and no discount

It was in an amazing location with all facilities. It was a very comfortable stay.. the rooms were very clean and good value for money.

The room was nice. The personal was also very friendley. Even though there was a misunderstandig reguarding the parking price the receptionist was extremley helpful, avaivable and wanted to satisfy the customer needs.

For the amount we paid it would have been nice to have breakfast included; at $15 euros per person for breakfast that was a bit much for what we as a family would normally eat for a breakfast.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE! We had an exterior room but between the road construction in the am and the outdoor concert/club thumping until 3am pretty much ruined the last 2 nights of the stay.
