Great room, friendly and helpful staff,good location for tram into city, free parking

The room was very hot on the first night due to a faulty fan but this was resolved.

Large room with a good breakfast, felt clean and the staff looked after us well. The hotel is on a direct tram line to the centre so getting in is really easy.

The room temperature felt like summer, we were all sweating during night, after letting the staff know about the issue very early during our stay no other option was given to fix the problem besides opening the windows during the night (thing that in the end had to do) which made sleeping imposible as the hotel is just right in front of a main road with cars and loud bikes going back and forth during the whole night, they told us that the AC wasn't available because there's some regulation thing in Florence that forbids them them to provide AC during spring........... At the expense of their guests I think.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is just great, the soundproofing in the rooms is very good also.

Boiling hot rooom; temp control only possible by opening the window. Bar not manned; reception had to call someone every time anyone wanted to order a drink. A bit bonkers.

The heating was stuck on at maximum so I had to sleep on top of the bed with the window wide open. Reported to staff in the morning and given an apology but was expecting complimentary Coffee or something. Weird parking arrangement too.

They asked me to remove my car from the parking. The main reason I chose this hotel was the parking.

Free parking available is a plus. I could leave my car during the day and take the public transport (there is a station right in front) to tourist the city center.

I feel the hotel's infrastructure is a little old and not in a "classic way" but in the real sense of really old. For instance, the elevator does not seem quite as nice as the rest of the hotel and makes some sounds that might scare some guests. I feel the prices are a little elevated if I take into consideration the relation quality-price.

The location is fantastic. You can get to the hotel by taking the tram and in a matter of 10 minutes tops you'll be there. Also, the tram has a stop right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy for all guests that want to move around the city. The personnel is very attentive and kind. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

The tram stop was right in front. The supermarket was huge and also right next to the hotel. Very strategic to stay here to explore Florence.

Camilla, who is the most attentive reception personnel on the earth. She was always positive and smiling, providing recommendations regarding the food spots and attractions and was very helpful. She made our stay much better in florence. Tram station near the hotel Very good breakfast

Great location for an overnight stay between the airport and the train station. Easily accessible via the T2 tram. Nice room and comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant downstairs and the service was very good, as was the food and reasonable price. We recommend this hotel!

My colleagues tried the breakfast and weren't very impressed.

Excellent location, just opposite tram line 2. The same T2 to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the centre of Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, luxurious and extremely clean.

There was a plumbing problem. Silty water had to run water for 15 minutes until clean. This stuff happens but I feel discount should have been offered. Something. It was definitely an inconvenience. As it is close to airport the tram is right out front. But not running before 6:00 am so taxi was necessary.
