We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Large room with a good breakfast, felt clean and the staff looked after us well. The hotel is on a direct tram line to the centre so getting in is really easy.

ColombiaThe room temperature felt like summer, we were all sweating during night, after letting the staff know about the issue very early during our stay no other option was given to fix the problem besides opening the windows during the night (thing that in the end had to do) which made sleeping imposible as the hotel is just right in front of a main road with cars and loud bikes going back and forth during the whole night, they told us that the AC wasn't available because there's some regulation thing in Florence that forbids them them to provide AC during spring........... At the expense of their guests I think.
The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is just great, the soundproofing in the rooms is very good also.

Free parking available is a plus. I could leave my car during the day and take the public transport (there is a station right in front) to tourist the city center.

PeruI feel the hotel's infrastructure is a little old and not in a "classic way" but in the real sense of really old. For instance, the elevator does not seem quite as nice as the rest of the hotel and makes some sounds that might scare some guests. I feel the prices are a little elevated if I take into consideration the relation quality-price.
The location is fantastic. You can get to the hotel by taking the tram and in a matter of 10 minutes tops you'll be there. Also, the tram has a stop right in front of the hotel which makes things very easy for all guests that want to move around the city. The personnel is very attentive and kind. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable.

Great location for an overnight stay between the airport and the train station. Easily accessible via the T2 tram. Nice room and comfortable bed. We dined in the restaurant downstairs and the service was very good, as was the food and reasonable price. We recommend this hotel!

Excellent location, just opposite tram line 2. The same T2 to get to the hotel from the airport and to get to the centre of Florence. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, luxurious and extremely clean.

United States of AmericaThere was a plumbing problem. Silty water had to run water for 15 minutes until clean. This stuff happens but I feel discount should have been offered. Something. It was definitely an inconvenience. As it is close to airport the tram is right out front. But not running before 6:00 am so taxi was necessary.
