Really good location, 25 minutes walking from the airport and close to the beach. The breakfast was really good with plenty of options. The best was the girl in the reception, she was really helpful and always with a smile in the face, I don't remember her name but thank you for your help.

It was a great time! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily. Close to the sea, bus stops and subway. The hotel offers discounted access to the beach and some attractions in the region.

I found the speed of the internet very slow, pretty frustrating if you want to watch a series/movie.

Perhaps the noise from other rooms on the same floor but that is because it is a lively family holiday hotel with families being families ;-).

A really good value for money stay. Lovely hotel staff who went out of their way to help and make sure everything was right. The breakfast was excellent - wide range of foods kept fully stocked - way better than anything else we got in Italy. Nice little balcony too.

Walls are paper thin so it was a little bit noisy in the morning as you heard everything from the hallway.

We had some issues with our stay that were thankfully solved very quickly by the staff. Our first day the shower would get clogged and would fill up with water (something I guess that can happen in a sea hotel where a lot of people shower off the sand after a day at the beach); we reported it to the staff and when we came back in the evening, the shower worked normally. Our second night the AC unit in our room broke down. It was past midnight and it was very hot, we called the receptionist and he came back, saw the issue and promptly found another empty room to let us sleep in for the night. Aside from these unfortunate issues I do have some criticism of the facilities. Although comfortable and clean, the rooms had some issues that I see very relevant for a sea holiday location: - the sound proofing of rooms, both from the outside world and from the rest of the hotel, left a lot to be desired, doors and windows are paper thin and not well insulated, which is an issue for a hotel in a central location where kids run around screaming until late at night, and people wake up to go to the beach early in the morning (together with the staff which starts cleaning rooms as early as 7:30 AM) - our superior room had a normal shower, but when we were moved to a normal room due to the AC issue, we noticed there was no shower enclosure, it had one of those bathrooms where the shower just hangs out in the middle of the room and you basically flood the whole tiny bathroom to use it. Pretty baffling to have such an antiquated and rough system in a seaside hotel, where people will probably really value having daily comfortable showers. - the same applies to hair dryers, they are tiny and basically powerless to dry even short hair, while also being extremely noisy and uncomfortable to use: bring your own if you can.

Our superior room was tidy and clean, and about what you'd expect for the price. Cheap but functional (non smart) tv. Small but not overly so. The staff was extremely friendly and solved every issue we had quickly, and also gave us a small discount to make up for the inconveniences. It's very close to the beach and to some decent places to eat. The breakfast was varied whilst basic. There is readily available (paid) parking nearby.

Room was quite small - we were four people and we had to sleep with one child because non of our children want to sleep on the top of bunk bed.

Very helpfull staff, rooms were cleaned and towels changed every day, pretty good breakfast, near the sea. Also we were offered a voucher for the beach (2 beds and 1 umbrella) for a very good price. Enjoyed the little bar in the yard of the hotel.

Somewhat noisy, the doors when closing are too loud, they almost slam. Otherwise, no complaints.

Very nice and polite staff, gave various information upon check in, and were there to assist in case you needed more info. The breakfast was great, with various options to choose from. The room was comfortable. We especially loved the ceiling fan, a great addition for summer months!

Nice hotel, quiet and clean. Perfect location - 0,5 min to the sea, but not at the noisy seafront. Tasty breakfasts. Many restaurants nearby. Friendly personnel. I forgot phone charger upon check-out and receptionist brought me it to the Railway station!
