You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

exceptionally friendly staff, who made sure my every need was met with a smile. The food in the restaurant was a gastronomic treat, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location and ample parking space provided great value for money, making it an easy choice for both leisure and business travellers.

IndiaI was given room 301, the room had bed bugs and I showed a picture at the time of checking out. Moreover in the morning hours the electricity to my room was not available due to internal issue because of which I had to use my cellphone torch light to shower and pack my bags.

The rooms were spacious and comfy. we had a baby with us and she could crawl around and enjoy the time we spent. The hotel was very family-friendly and there were many options for kids and babies - healthy options! The staff were very understanding. Our baby woke up sick so they allowed us to check out at around 13:00 instead of 11:00. Overall, we really enjoyed the place.
