Minor things (e.g., understandably, all television shows were in Italian. I tried to adjust settings so that I could get English subtitles, but I could not get that feature to work. I did not ask the staff for help — I really wasn’t in my room very much — so it is possible that they could have helped had I asked).

Staff were fabulous — responsive and helpful before and during my trip.

There were several flights of stairs, but not really a problem if you’re able.

The people were friendly and helpful. My room was recently renovated and a good size. The shower was strong. The breakfast was nice and the location perfect.

Location very good, less than 10 minutes walk from St . Marks Square and a few minutes from boat station. Good breakfast. Room very clean, a bit small but fine. Spacious shower. Staff very nice and helpful. No lift but knew that beforehand.

Not much but for anyone with limited mobility there is no lift although there is a mobility chair to the 1st floor. We were on the 3rd floor and stairs only which was not an issue for us.

Excellent location for water taxi, and all main attractions, but quiet as just off the main front at Arsenalle. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine with various hot and cold options.

The room was kind of small. And there are no elevators.

The room was clean and nice. The location was great. Easy access to the ferries. Lots if restaurants close by. Was 500 ft from ferry drop off point.

Excellent breakfast, customer service outstanding by both kitchen staff and the hotel receptionists which went beyond their duties to make us feel welcomed and supported us.

The toilet shower head was mouldy. Perhaps the upkeeping of the room we had could be better.

The location was excellent. It was very near the dock right after we alight from the water taxi. Its walking distance to everything. Food and shopping was walking distance away.

There is no elevator

The staff were super friendly. Gave me all the information I needed for Venice. The lady in the restaurant is very welcoming and even got a cake for my daughter which was very sweet. My wife left some valuable there but they had it when i called and picked it up. Thank you for a great team

The morning receptionist today he’s a man is not so approachable to us. But the other receptionist was ok and kind to explain the tourist spots in venice. But in all hotel Nouvo is such a nice place to stay.

The location is perfect nice view of the canal…clean rooms and value for money. The breakfast was so good 👍
