A bit confusing first days as you have to go with 2 lifts and trough outside balcony. Conditioners wasnt working.

The rooms were decorated lovely! Lots of space and great facilities all really clean, great location with easy access to metro to centre, local shops and resultants near by, more of a student area

The noise from the hall is quite annoying but luckily the other guests weren’t noisy at night. Also, we would appreciate at least the microwave so we could heat the food.

The location of the hotel is perfect. They have nice and helpful staff at reception (they walked us to our room). We got the room cleaned by house keeping every day.

No showerhead in the shower, just the one installed directly on the wall. A bit of noise coming through the window, but it wasn't critical. Location is good but you have 13 minute walk to the metro. Another metro station is closer but it doesn't take you to the main attractions.

It was really clean and comfortable.You get small instant coffee bags each day when they are cleaning. You have a small fridge which is great, and a lot of natural light during the day. The staff is really nice.

The elevator was scary old and if left the inside doors open (which a lot did unfortunately) it emitted a very loud beep which was awful.

The room was pretty and clean. The bathroom was also very nice. Proximity to metro helped us a lot.

The room was always warm however we just opened the patio doors, we had to go up two different lifts and cross a balcony to get to our room but it was a lovely room

We had difficulty heating the room. There was a heater but it was a little weak i guess

Since our room was ready, we were able to check in before the check in time. They were very nice about that. The rooms were very clean. Easy to find. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the train station. Very close to metro stations

We had broken heating in the room, in the bathroom we weren't able to manage temperature, there was about 30° the whole time. The room was right behind reception, there was quiet noise at night people passing the reception, receptionist walking up and down the stairs...

Very nice, big, comfortable room. Big comfortable bed. The had big windows and was modern.

The layout of the building is a bit unexpected, I had to cross a small section outside to get to my room. Can be annoying in case of rain. Noise from the corridor can be heard in the room, sound insultation is not perfect.

Simple yet clean and comfortable rooms. Good location, very friendly service (I was able to check into my room ahead of the scheduled check in time, that's always a big plus). Front desk was always ready to help.

For one night, I couldn't get the heater to work. But the other night it worked great.

Almost everything. The architecture of the room is incredible. All marble. All white. It gives you a very good feeling of comfort and tranquility. The room is spacious.

The air-conditioning didn't really work and there was no way to switch off the towel rack heater , this made it very hot ,
