Salvatore is probably one of the best owners that I have ever met! The property is enough for two or three people and is in quite comfortable place in the city. Highly recommended

Just a little comment. We were three adults. In winter hot water in the shower is sufficient for 2 guests. The third person has to wait a bit till the water heats up.

Location, free parking, responsive host, well appointed, has all essentials, very clean. Free bottle of wine and bottled water. Warm. Highly recommended

Big clean apartment right in middle of town so easy walks to Ortigia Island, archeology museum or bus station. Friendly owner who picked us up from train station and drove us to house to show us everything Top floor so no noise from people moving around above you Can glimpse views of the ocean from the balcony

Salvatore’s apartment was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in! it was immaculate, beautiful decor, everything you require in the kitchen, bathroom and for laundry. a little patio off the bedroom for aperitif with sea views. A complimentary bottle of local wine and some delicious cookies. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Syracuse. Local eateries close by, Coop a few hundred meters away. That our stay was so short!;)

It is a great place for some days in Siracusa! It is a walking distance both to Ortigia and archeological part of the city. It has a free parking just in front of the house and drinkable water place outside as well (the water from the tap in entire Sicilia is not the best in taste, but here will staying you can enjoy a great quality water, for a very low price). The balcony is overlooking to the ocean and street, but it is quite. The place is superclean, with everything you may need during your stay. There are groceries around and the entire neighbourhood is very authentic. And if course, Salvatore, is a hospitable, open and a very nice host!

Nothing to complain

Very comfortable, clean and cozy apartment in the historical place of the city. Comfortable beds , tea, cofee at the kitchen, all the tableware included, everything is very clean and you feel like home, not in the usual rented apartment. Salvatore met us with a bottle of good red wine😊 Good internet, shampoo, soaps of a good quality in the bathroom, plenty of towels.

A really minor detail, the shower head was leaking a bit, but nothing serious that required an immediate change.

The apartment was very nice, comfortable, very clean and well located. Everything that was needed was present. The balcony was pleasant with the possibility to take breakfast under the sun with a view over the sea. Salvatore is an amazing person, he was very nice and available during the stay. He gave us suggestions of places to see, indications on the area, wine and Sicilian specialities as welcome present, and even saved us when we had an issue in the evening (purse forgotten in a store). I totally recommend his "oikos"!! :)

Beautiful apartment. High quality fixtures and well designed. Beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Watched sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Host treated me as a guest in his home. Very accommodating. Complimentary bottle of wine and biscotti.

Host was super friendly and wholesome! Gave great recommendations and offered a really warm welcome! Location is just out of the old town (maybe a 15 minute walk?), there's a water refill station right outside as well as a little food truck! Got a great recommendation for a sandwich place from the host and a lovely welcome to Siracusa. Washing machine available and I was able to work from the apartment pretty happily while I was there
