Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Extremely nice host waited for us off hours and served great. Did not charge for pet (well, we have a small one). There are some very decent restaurants and wine yard nearby. There is fast train passing by from time to time, but it was rather fun than disturbance.

Just 1 little thing; I had a hard timing finding it in the dark, it was also raining. That was mostly because of the route directions on maps google (it sends you to the next village to make a turn, which was a bit weird, because you can turn from both directions to the property), but also it's a bit hard to see the property in the dark from the road.
Really friendly owners, great room with more than enough space, own bathroom, balcony, kettle, enough parking space. Breakfast was above (Italian) expectations! Eggs, some ham even. Perfect for me :)

The breakfast was rich and really good . When you wanted to have something else that was not available you can ask and in most cases they can meet your wishes . The owners of the Agriturismo were very kind and always ready to help you .

Everything was great.
Agriturismo Olistella is a very nice place to stay. The host, Flavia, was very helpful and generally nice, willing to prolongue the check in time. The breakfast was delicious, with many things to choose from.

Everything was great! Rooms was very clean and with a lot of space ,air condition worked well. What can I say? Was perfect. We found this place by booking site and we read a lot of good opinion .Now I can confirm that is True. And remember book breakfast because it's worth to do it. Is excellent italian cakes and Coffee. I would say pillows could be improved to a slightly softer ones.
Very cozy and pleasant stay. It's just an hour drive from Venice which makes it a great location for travelers through Italy. I have to give a separate highlight to the bathroom facilities, especially the shower gel & shampoo, I wish they were selling it to buy some for home. If you need a late check-in or anything else, just get in touch with the hotel, they are very responsive.

We just slept here for one night. We were really welcomed with our dog. We played table soccer, we had a good coffee and just look at the nice olive trees. The breakfast was really nice.

The bed was squeaking a bit. Not a problem for me as I am travelling alone. For a couple though... ;-)
Super friendly Host, got a closed and safe storage for my bicycle immediately + a place in the hosts powerful freezer to cool my drinks rapidly. Very spacious and clean room and bathroom. Very beautiful building. Homebred beer! Perfectly located between Venecia and Trieste for a bicyclist.

The host- Flavia, was so lovely and helpful! The breakfast is delicious, full of local products. Pool area is fun and ideal for kids 4+ years old. They also have their beer, I had an APA Citra, which was amazing and ideal for a hot afternoon. P.S. during breakfast, you need to try Flavia's espresso! Thank you Flavia for being such a great host!

Everything was really great. I would recommend this place to everyone. Rooms are clean and big, view from the room on the olive trees is really amazing. Child playground on the property is a big plus.

Everything was perfect.
Really nice location, and you can find some very good restaurants nearby. Great and cosy room, perfectly clean. Garden is peaceful and beautiful. They had some craft beers, and I tried all of them. Each one is fantastic. But most of all, EVERYONE is so nice and friendly. We will definitely return another time. Thank you for everything!
