Host did not message us before we reach there. Caused some difficulty in finding the place as this is inside a building which was locked. Later on somehow from the help of local people managed to get inside building

The rooms were clean, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to access nearby attractions and restaurants and it is close to the train station. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly polite and accommodating, ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay throughout.

Property was clean and comfortable, staff very welcoming and friendly. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 teens. Room had a double and bunk beds, a little balcony, a fridge, toilet room with sink (and hairdryer) and separate shower. It was perfect for us.

The ensuite in the dorm had a sliding door which wasn't really sealed completely, so it meant that privacy wasn't great

The dorm room is very small, as implied by the previous reviews and photos. Also, the shower drain was close to the shower door and had very poor draining capability, leaving a lot of water in the bathroom that had to be mopped up. Also, zero common areas to socialise with other travellers. Make sure you plan to check in while they are open, they won't wait for you.

Very nice staff and amazing breakfast, very close to everything in Sorrento and the main public transit areas.

You could hear the train at night but with the windows closed its not such an issue. There is no kettle or wastepaper basket in the room. The location is near a bistro but for some reason the google maps location was directing me towards another apartment - thankfully the receptionist saw us roaming around. There is also no extra space to store your luggage. These are minor inconveniences though and can be overlooked.

The hotel was a 7 minute walk from the main bus / train station and was centrally located. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast although small (a crossaint, coffee and juice) was in a cute bistro where the serving staff were extrememly nice and warm!

The walls are very thin so it's very easy to hear people outside, however other guests abided by the no noise late at night rule :)

We had a pleasant stay during our time in Sorrento. The staff was lovely and friendly, the mattress was comfortable, the location was very convenient (4 mins walk from the train station), and the breakfast (coffee, orange juice, and a pastry) was tasty. I was initially worried reading a few negative reviews but our trip was lovely. Also, very good value for money.
