Everything was great.

Located in a gorgeous historic building in the center of Trieste, with an easy walk from the train station. Modern interior, impeccably clean, had all the furnishings needed for a comfortable stay.

Only suggestion would be some milk sachets to go with tea/coffee. Also no english channels on tv.

We loved the apartment, it is on a great location, foot distance from everything. We checked in in the Modernist hotel (just around the corner), left them the car (parking in Trieste is very challenging) and the lovely staff walked us to the apartment. The breakfast was delicious.

The apartment was well stocked with towels, toiletries and dishes/flatware/pans, and there were dishwasher soap tablets. However it would be a good idea to supply a sponge, dish soap and a dishtowel to enable the guests to clean up the table in the event they used the kitchen. It would be an enhancement to a wonderful and well furnished apartment.

Everything was top notch. We had a very comfortable, large apartment in the middle of town. I would be happy to stay at Palace Suite when I return to Trieste.

Internet was out of service for one day and I had to work buying the service elsewhere. Took a while for reception tell us that fixing would last so long.

Check in and breakfast are in adjacent building. It is 100 meters away only, but it would be stressing in a raining day. However, the location is excellent, just in the center, all shops, supermarket and restaurants around. Room is very well decorated and the kitchen has basic facilities with dish and clothes washing machines.

Not quite a hotel, more a bnb, the lobby was on another street. No room service was available at the moment. They gave the wrong address for the lobby, oops.. Also, all the walls needed paint.

The location was really good as was the breakfast, the valet parking was a nice surprise.

They sent us a note saying to check in at the Continentalle Hotel which is a sister property. When we finally found this hotel it was boarded up. If we did not have a local phone with us so we could call them we would never have known to check in at Modernist Hotel, which is the check-in hotel. After check in and delivering us to our room they provided no information on website, or how to use phone in room so after reaching our hotel and room we had to go back to main hotel again. Also it never said in the the write up that everything would be done in a different hotel including our breakfast. Only provided coffee in room first day.

It is a great location, there was a good elevator, and the breakfast was very good. We also ate dinner in the Modernist hotel which is the sister hotel.

The apartment hotel is housed in a beautiful, period building, located on the pedestrian lane, in the heart of Trieste. Our unit is very spacious, clean, and bright with seven big windows. We could see the castle from our bedroom! Sound proof windows and double layered curtains kept the room quiet and dark so we were able to sleep well on a king sized bed. Kitchen appliances are new and functional. The bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a bathtub. The living room furniture is modern, chic and comfortable. Not to forget to mention, the nightly rate we paid is excellent, which also included delicious buffet breakfast. The apartment hotel doesn't have a front desk lobby nor a dining room. We checked in/out and had breakfast in a nearby regular hotel. The staff was professional, polite & helpful.

Slightly complicated check-in system, but this seems to be temporary while the neighbouring hotel is being renovated.

Spacious apartment with a beautiful view of the city centre. 8 (!) windows and each one has a nice balcony. Perfectly working sanitary ware, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. The flat was warm and the climate control system worked well. A very fancy coffee machine does not make you doubt where the best coffee in the world is.

The apartment is really nice and big. The king bed is great and comfy, however the spare bed not as much. The bathroom is great and clean, the kitchen has everything essential. The one thing I disliked is the the poor lightning in the room

There was absolutely NOTHING to not like!

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about this property! It was perfectly clean, updated and modern, beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, and everything you could need. But what was even MORE than perfect was the staff, particularly VASILY at check in! He is an amazingly aware and perceptive individual, and sensing the need at check in, he instantly took complete control of a situation to ensure my safety. He did this in an unbelievably discrete and professional manner yet with incredible strength and confidence, as well as genuine concern and caring. I don't think I have ever been so impressed with anyone in my life!!! He made me feel completely safe!!! Vasily's actions put this already perfect property off the charts! I cannot say enough!!!

The address of the premise is a bit confusing and the guests should be warned in advance (mail, text message) about the fact that Palace Suite is detached from the hotel Modernist where the reception desk is. It is close but in another building with another address - enough to get confused.

Very friendly staff at check-in. Reasonably priced and fast valet parking. Amazingly well equipped luxury apartment in a beautiful old building. Perfect location only 2 minutes walk from Canal Grande, and just a few steps away from great restaurants.

Maybe more light in the entrance of the apartment, the lamps are there but not working.

The Palace Suite in Trieste was located right in the center of the town, restaurants and shops. The duplex apartment was absolutely fantastic, a nice kitchen, a large living-room and on the top floor the bedroom with also a bathroom. Everything was perfect, even the small balcony. We will return!
