We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyFew things I didn't like. The bathroom door did not close. I would have preferred the valley view room, but it wasn't given to us so I guess it was occupied. In addition, the rooms being a stone structure were cold, but by law it was not yet possible to turn on the radiators. The price maybe a bit high for being out of season but compensated by the beauty of the place.
The structure is truly magnificent, a wonderful garden welcomes customers together with a kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was good. The large room and the comfortable bed.

United Kingdomseemed very expensive food - had prepaid the stay with breakfast included and had a lunch when we arrived with 3 beers - in the evening we had a pizza and a couple of beers each - extra charge was 195 euros which was a lot for 2 main courses , 2 pizzas and 7 beers in total

TurkeyWe got cought to a rainstorm while we were trying to go to San Gimignano on a motorbike with my wife and had to book the closest hotel since we were exhausted, wet and couldn’t continue. It was the beginning of our one week holiday in Italy and it had a very bad start, especially when my wife got sick because of exposure to rain and cold weather. So when we have arrived to Palazzo Loup hotel, we were soaked and in a terrible mode, however as soon as we entered the building and met Barbara, from that moment on it turned out to be an unforgettable memory for us. The most amazing thing in this hotel is its staff. They are polite, helpful and very professional. They went out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. We got served a special soup although it was not on the menu so that my wife can get better. They drove us to the pharmacy to get medicine. They made sure we are warm and comfortable to get well sooner. Thanks to them, we got on our feet in two days and enjoyed the rest of our journey. If we had been in an another hotel, we wouldn’t recover from the cold and the rest of our trip would be much more difficult. After our two-day stay in Palazzo Loup, it got a special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. It is one of those places, which has its own character, has its own place in history and its environment, rather than an institutionalized accommodation for tourists. I recommend you to focus on its unique and precious sides rather than some of its shortcomings that relates to its age.
