I didn't like the appearance or the entrance to the hotel. The lift was too small, slow and off putting. There was a smell in the corridor.

We had a fantastic apartment, so warm and cosy, great bed and the staff were so nice. The hotel gave a complimentary mini bar which was stocked very well and there was a fab coffee machine. We had a massive tv with complimentary Netflix. Even though we had a few faults we truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice and small hotel in an old Palazzo in the southern parts of Venice. Short walking distance to the next Vaporetto stop at the Canale Grande. Small selection for breakfast, but nicely organised. Very nice and helpful personnel.

The furniture was a bit dated. The 3 flights of stairs were difficult to climb especially if you had luggage (there is a small elevator, but it was very cramped and felt unsafe). One of the evenings we had no hot water or heating, but they fixed it the following morning.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of San Marco, very close to the vaporetto stop. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast had a nice variety (the warm croissants were great). The staff is very nice and helpful. We had to leave very early and they prepared a small breakfast to go.

The reception was very difficult to find in a side street and up 3 flights of steps in a very small lift. Once I had the key and was shown to the room it was fine. It was just the initial surprise at finding the hotel reception. If my family weren't there to meet me I may have struggled as I am elderly and wouldn't have felt safe or able to use the lift easily.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and there were extra blankets. The table by the window was a nice touch as I could sit with a coffee looking out onto the canal. The maid was lovely and always very considerate.

The breakfast selection is very limited. Its time to update the hair dryers in the bathrooms.

We have stayed here before we love the location easy walk from the zattere boat stop and in quiet area of Venice with easy walk to all of the major sites. The rooms are very large including the bathroom. The AC was perfecto! The room we had was in a separate building from the main hotel about a 50 m walk. The young lady working the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. The free bottles of water, juice and beer in the fridge was👍. And-we-especially liked how we were presented with a large bottle of prosecco when we entered our room.

Our room could get quite noisy from the chatter of the crowds passing below but closing the windows reduced the noise very effectively

Fantastic location 15 minutes walk from San Marco Basilica in one direction and about 20 from the Rialto in the other. We were in their second building overlooking the canal. It was beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommended.

LIFT VERY SMALL FOR LUGGAGE AND 2 PEOPLE - BUT V. OLD BUILDING AND DID APPRECIATE ANY LIFT, SUGGEST RECEPTIONIST SHOULD PROB ANSWER DOOR IF POSSIBLE AND GREET PEOPLE ON ARRIVAL - MOSTLY TO ADVISE RE LIFT -LUGGAGE, IF HAVING TEA FOR BREAKFAST WOULD PREFER A POT OF BOILING WATER, WATER IN FLASK NOT HOT ENOUGH I THINK.

ROOM AND BATHROOM VERY SPACIOUS. NICE LAYOUT FOR BREAKFAST - I.E. TABLES AND BUFFET BREAKFAST GOOD CHOICE AND FRESH AND TASTY. A/C WORKED WELL-WINDOWS AND CANAL VIEW VVERY NICE . VERY NICE MAN MET US ON FIRST NIGHT- GAVE US GOOD MAP AND ADVICE.

The property has two buildings so the check in building is about two building down from where our room was. I booked a Junior Suite with Canal View for three people. Prior to booking, we called the property to confirm whether the sofa bed was in the same room as the double bed as we were looking for it to be separate from the bedroom. We were assured that the main bed was separated/had a partition from where the sofa-bed was. Upon getting into the room, we realised this was not the case. The bed and sofa-bed were side by side. This was disappointing as we were booked thinking there would be some sort of separation/privacy amongst the guests in the room.

We did get a canal view as booked. Room was clean. I liked that they provided robes and slippers in the room as well as refreshments in the fridge. We were unable to check in early but had access to a bathroom in the lobby ro refresh ourselves after our journey there.

Only real downfall was the fan in the bathroom which was very loud, though we have noticed this is common everywhere we have stayed in Italy thus far. We also had a little bit of trouble with our door key but nothing major!

Staff were very lovely, location was pretty good, the room was clean and comfortable and aircon and wifi were great. The fridge was nicely stocked (& free!), we had all the necessary amenities, towels were nice and big. The breakfast was also quite nice!

The both hotels do not have lifts for transferring people.

We were transferred to second building 80 m from main hotel. Place was nice and room bigger then declared. Very good breakfast.

Our room was lovely and overlooked a canal. We enjoyed being able to look out to see the gondolas and boats passing by. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the ferry we needed to catch to sail to Rovinj, Croatia. It was also an easy walk to St. Mark's Square.

It’s decor was lovely and the location was in a quiet part of the city but still walkable to many things.
