The owner Roberto was the warmiest person we have ever met. Great wine, amazing Tuscanian atmosphere. You can tell it’s a passion of Roberto and his family to run this awesome Agriturismo. There’s nothing we didn’t like and we honesty believe to come here once again. A clean pool, great breakfast and cosy apartments. Everything was perfect.

Everything perfect

Unbelievable views, cozy house, incredibly warm welcome from Roberto, rooms are great and clean and have nice commodities. Highly recommend the breakfast, also offered extra is a tour on wine and oil with tasting which we enjoyed. Only regret is not staying longer! Looking forward to coming back, especially on a slightly warmer day to enjoy the outdoors pool. We have driven 4 days in Chianti and Montalcino (Tuscany) and this location offered the absolutely best views, incredible landscape!

It's a beautifully located top-hill house with a charming garden & vineyards. A perfect place for leisure. I enjoyed a lot sitting in the garden chair with the beautiful view of the valley and Montalcino. Roberto is a very attentive host, committed to making your stay pleasant.

Superb location with great views all around. Paradise for hikers and biker. No attempt at luxury or unique style (as many other in Tuscany). Nice, clean and very functional apartments, well equipped, on a working farm. Hosts are delightful. We were invited to pick our own fresh vegetables in the garden, which was really cool. Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking, and outside you will find plenty of tables, enough for outdoor dining for each of the apartments. Great place.

A true gem in a beautiful location. We were looking for a quiet farmhouse to stay for our visit in south Tuscany, and it exceeded our expectations to become the best stay we had in Italy. Roberto was a great host, kind and helpful. The facilities are tidy, the room was clean and well organized with a full equipped kitchen with everything that you need to prepare yourself a decent meal. We were amazed by how the Roberto thought of everything, from wood for the fireplace waiting for you outside the door to salt and pepper in the kitchen. Compared to other country side farmhouses we stayed in, Poggio Al Vento was by far the best. Highly recommended!

Truly stunning place to stay and it is located in the center of Val d’Orcia. It is short driving to visit Pienza, Montepulciano, and Montalcino. Loved the breathtaking views on all sides. It was so enjoyable and peaceful to sit in the beautiful garden. Rooms are very large, clean and equipped with a kitchen if needed. The bed is so comfortable. The breakfast was very yummy! We really like the home made cakes and boiled eggs with olive oil. Roberto and his staff are so kind and warm. We also had great wine tastings in Roberto's own winery. We learned a lot of wine making process. We checked in quite late and it was totally dark. Roberto was waiting outside for us. He really cared for his guests. We will definitely come back!

Nothing worth mentioning. I would come back anytime.

Located on top of a hill, the property has the most breathtaking views on all sides over wineyards, olive groves, nearby hills and valleys. I could sit on the garden admiring the views for days and nights (low light polution at night, so great view of the stars and Milky Way as well). The road leading to the house is good (wide enough, no pothols), despite not being paved. The property is well maintained. They even offered us vegetables from their gorgeus garden. Owner was very kind as were the rest of the family/staff. Loved the friendly dogs as well. The appartment was very clean and well eqipped, didn't miss a thing. Unfortunately it was too cold for the pool; if the pool had been functioning, they probably could not make me leave! :)
