Room not cleaned properly, bedsheets were ok, but there was dust on the furniture and the floor and some spider webs. A quick vacuum and mop before our arrival would have resolved the issue

Cleaning should be improved. Upon check in, the floors were dirty and dusty. No soap or shampoo was available, we had to contact reception to have them provided.

Amazing view and a lot of sport facilities , such as football field, playground, tennis courts, etc. Sufficient room for a family if 2 adults + 2 kids. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils & appliances. Quiet all the time. Very good location to reach Gardaland and the cities around Gardalake.

Some basic things like washing up liquid, tea towels, dustpan. Quite dated accommodation. The shop isn't very good.

We only ate in the restaurant once for an evening meal and it wasn't to our tastes and the choices were slightly limited.

Apartment description it said it had a view of the pool. When raising this with Reception, they said none of their rooms faced the pool so I think it was a translation error and it meant a view of the lake in the distance? Only other thing we were surprised about is there not being any soap or handwash in the bathroom/kitchen.

Apartment was in a lovely setting and very spacious. Apartment was also clean and plenty of towels. The grounds are lovely, as are the children’s play area and huge pool. Shuttle bus into town was really convenient - thank you.

Appartments were up a steep hill. My husband has problem with his mobility and asked the porter with a golf caddy for lifts up the hill all the time. The supermarket shop was only open for 2 hours in the morning and had a very poor selection of food.

Pool was lovely. Staff were very helpful. Plenty of different activities to do during the day.

Distance from the town requires a shuttle. At busy periods you will have to wait for the shuttle to empty and return to collect you. Apartments are a 5-7 minute walk to the reception area, uphill. You could organise a transport though. There is no supermarket on site but there is a small shop. Its cash only. Pool bar is room charge or a pre-paid card. If you purchase prepaid cards (10 euro each) on your bank card, you cannot get refunded the difference.... Decor of the apartment is dated but fine.

Very nice and clean facility. It's a bit away from Garda Town but they provide a regular free shuttle. Pool was nice and they have good facilities. Apartment is spacious

Staff in reception could have been more polite. Reception always busy and one has to wait. However I liked the guy who came to explain how to turn on the gas stove.

Kid yard was nice. View from apartment terace was awsome. Terace is nice on both sunny and rainny weather. Kitchen has everything you might need.

it’s a 30 minute walk down to the town which is a lovely walk - just a pity the shuttle stopped at 8:45 pm - didn’t allow for evenings in Garda - but actually the late walk was ok - road well lit

The fact that you don't give your guests towels! There is no cleaning service. The were no extra dustbin bags. I think these things should be mentioned to people when booking at Poiana, so that they can come prepared. The pool and gym open only at 9am, which is a pity, as a lot of people like to work out before breakfast.

It's a beautiful resort. We had an apartment with a kitchenette. Beautiful views from the patio. Great facilities, which we unfortunately did not use as we were out all day every day.

The best breakfast of my trip to Italy, choice, variety. Beautiful resort with many activities. Service with pool bar menu better before the covid period.
