Breakfast grim, Wish there had been someone around more often to answer queries . Reception area was deserted most of the time .

Breakfast was limp at best wish it was an optional extra as much better to be found locally. Great location with lovely views and excellent evening entertainment from buskers in the square

Water problems in all rooms we used: Room 1: water flow of the shower was too small. Room 6: It was impossible to contain the water of the shower in the bath tub. Room 7: The water of the shower flowed outside the shower area.

Nice accommodation with a special style. Excellent location in the hart of Firenze.

It was difficult to locate because of the markets in the square but if you find the boar (that everyone rubs the nose of) just look to the left and its right there. The room was dark if the shutters were closed.

The location was perfect, close to all the sights and had a good bar/restaurant right outside the front door. The square was very lively, even at night but if you close the shutters there was no noise in the room. The breakfast was also very good for a continental option

This hotel location is absolutely perfect in Florence, walking distance everywhere but still quiet. The staff was so helpful and the breakfast included was really convenient. Highly recommend

There was a funky smell in our bathroom- might want to look at it more for the integrity of the building and for other guests.

Beautifully put together, lots of love and care put together for the details. So central- that was so helpful and it’s right above the leather market. Staff were really nice and breakfast was simple but good. One of the best sleeps I have had in a hotel- so quiet, dark and the bed was glorious.

Not a complaint just personal preference but I found the room and hallways very dark.

Comfortable beds, nice bathroom,Wifi worked well in the room. Quiet air conditioner. Good breakfast with sweet. and savory choices served in a nice breakfast room.. Good location close to all sights. Our room looked over a very busy market but no noise with the windows closed.

The market being set up in the morning wakes you up quite early. You have to carry your bags to the first floor on arrival.

Great location all the sights are within very easy walking distance. Beautifully decorated and restored Florentine building. Very spacious room comfortable beds, great air con lovely bathroom with two sinks. Super balcony facing a small piazza. Good selection of savoury and sweet for breakfast with friendly staff. Fabulous communal areas to relax in and a small kitchen area to make tea and coffee as-and when you want it.

Breakfast was poor on choices. Could be enhanced but it was still very nice with the current choices, maybe a change in the choices instead of offering everyday the same food choices. Cleaning was fine but could be better. Also there is no outdoor area to sit and relax.

Location is absolutely ideal! Nice decorative rooms with fresh air and very good AC.

Our room was opposite the market so every morning we heard noise outside the window. There was a sewer smell in the bathroom.

Nothing comes to mind so that’s a resounding positive from us !

Breakfast was a good choice of cold Fruit salad , yoghurts, selection of hams , omelette and pastries to suit all tastes. Access to communal coffee station and kitchen for guest use. The accommodation was stylish and chic slightly worn in places but no way was a reflection on the overall style and vibe of the hotel . The location is 10/10 for ease of access to the city. And great when wanting to drop of shopping ! Staff were accommodating and welcoming.

The overhead shower head wasn't working very well and you had to use the handheld head. It wasn't a huge issue for us as we were only there one night but I can imagine it would be a bit more annoying for those staying longer

Perfectly located nice hotel, was great for us staying one night in Florence. The room was comfy and there was a decent breakfast that morning. Ideal for people who would want a well located spot in the city.

With a spectacular view of the leather market place and the Uffizi tower we were surprised at the quiet our room provided. Breakfast was lovely and the style of the hotel was funky.

It’s hard to pick anything negative - possibly more fresh options for breakfast to reflect the rest of the high quality of the building and refresh the waters in the room daily as there was no fridge.

The property is really unique and fitting for the location of Florence! Great size room, bed and AC. It is conveniently located right in the centre next to everything you’d want to be near. It is really the design of the property that stands out - it’s a nice place to chill out too.

The noise outside the hotel can be quite disturbing, though the shutters did help.

The bedroom, main foyer and dining space were wonderfully decorated. The bathroom needed some attention and modernisation to be in keeping with the standard elsewhere in the property. Centrally located. Though desk not manned 24 hours it was simple to access the property with the keys provided.

We had room one, the bathroom was damp smelling and in need of repairing, especially in the shower.
