The location is perfect to visit the basilica of Saint Francis. Great communication with the host and staff.

We had to check ourselves in and I felt it would be nice if there was somebody in reception to greet us when we arrived, otherwise everything else was satisfactory.

Staff were very good and attentive. Room size was small for 3 people. Cleanliness was very good and the breakfasts were also very good.

Amazing location in Assisi. I recommend it for a one-night stay. Regarding accessibility, there is no elevator. Simple, but good breakfast.

more far away from the center than it says on booking, the lady at the front desk was very slow and didn't speak english but the host on the phone was. the parking is relatively close, but you have to climb a hill

The location was amazing for Assisi. Parking was easy once we maneuvered through the tight streets. The breakfast was very good and everything we were looking for. Access in and out was a breeze and communication with the staff was always promptly responded to.

There was no one at reception when we arrived and we had to ring to get the code for the hotel door. Once we got it though it wasn't a problem.

The hotel is perfect situated near the Basilica. For me this meant a lot since I was there to meditate at the tomb of St Francis. It was very clean and friendly staff.

Nothing that could have been better other then parking is about 800m away, but that is not the fault of the hotel. It is what it is if you go to Assisi. You can temporary park in front of hotel to load/unload.

Wonderful breakfast, wonderful location, wonderful establishment.... in short all you need for a perfect stay in Assisi Ideally for couples travelling alone.

Way too many steps to go up and down, both outsider and In, maling it very Hardy with luggage. Almost no staff on hand, except at breakfast. Tiny Room and bath. No.entry Code was e-mailes tome as promised. I had to call Them for the Code.

Closeness to San Francesco Basilica. They called a taxi for us. the beakfast was good variety. The Shutters Windows were good.

Cannot change much - be prepared that the rooms are very small but enough for sleeping and to keep your belongings.

Perfect location in the centre of Assisi, great service and very nice staff, great breakfast. From early morning one is awaken by the beautiful smell of freshly baked croissants and bread. Super clean and the staff are very helpful. WiFi access through the hotel - all over.

This hotel is the second closest to the Church of St Francis. As soon as you step down the stairs, look right and the church is there. The front desk manager Mimosa is very gracious and helpful. The digital lock at the front door helps alot, no physical key to lug around. The place is very quaint, cute, cozy. Would definitely try to stay here again when we come back. And we will be back again.

Nothing really! But if you have big luggages, take note that most of the places in Assisi are stairs, so you have to carry. :) But this place was comfy, perfect location, and the host was really warm and welcoming.

Everything! It was the perfect location and it was a very nice place. Host was good too! I will definitely go back! Perfect for small families, partners, and small group. We were able to book 3 rooms - a group of 7 people! Sunset is also near the place :)
