IsraelOverall good hotel but overpriced with poor value for money. They charge for drinking water and bother to mention the free-of-charge internet like we are in the nineties. The hotel staff is not pleasant, and for any inconvenience, they say they will update the manager. On our arrival, there was a strong smell of sewage in the room, they moved us to a smaller room yet did not bother to apologize nor reduce the charge, they claimed room is in the same category although it was half by size. Medium quality hotel, nice view but that is all. For over 500 euros a night you can get better and they should improve or lower their price starting with free of charge bottled water in the room .

United KingdomSlightly out of town location meant occasionally we had to walk up the hill to get home, more regular shuttle buses would help with this. WiFi connection wasn’t great however we were rarely in to use this.

Location is well situated for Salerno, but otherwise far out enough to be peaceful. Rooms were nice. Views were great.

SwitzerlandThe room, mainly the bathroom requires maintenance, i.e. the bathtub waterpipe was loose, the (metallic) curtains inside the bathroom were corroded/rusted. It was the only hotel in the Amalfi coast offering two single beds instead of a real and proper double bed.
The hotel offered a nice welcoming gesture, and the staff is very friendly.

United KingdomAlthough food was delicious, it is a very limited menu. No direct footpath to main town so you have to walk on the road with tight bends. Hotel directory only accessible through qr code. Once on the site, room service food options were not up to date and did not specific cut off times for lunch.
Large room with great facilities. Welcome drink and biscotti plus evening apple is a very nice touch. Stunning views from room, restaurant and pool. Bus stop connecting you to Vietri sul Mare and Salerno available directly outside hotel.

IsraelThe mattress of the bed was very firm to the point it really hurt my shoulders to sleep on the bed. I asked the staff to do something about and they did put an extra layer underneath but it didn't really help. The breakfast was fair, but had no variety and was basically the same each morning for the entire stay.
The view was amazing and the staff was so helpful and lovely! The room itself was very big and contained both a shower and a bath and a huge balcony.

United Arab EmiratesThe bugs. The fruit at breakfast had small insects crawling over it and I got bitten extensively by mosquitoes. No privacy on the balcony. Shower took eternity to get warm/hot.
Views were great. Having our own spa and jacuzzi also wonderful. Loved the round bed that rotates. Staff extremely helpful. Restaurant great. Big shout out to our waiter Antonio and to the chef. Fabulous food well cooked.
