“Villa” in the Italian sense: vast gardens & old buildings. staff keen to give you best service. Good breakfast served in & outdoors. Italian barrister. Private parking with facility to charge your EV. Parties held almost daily not very noisy. Old water well decorating the front garden.

Air-conditioned was not coolong ... complaint about it at 2100, but i hotel staff could offer help. fortunately it was not too hot. it might be that hotel saves electricity and air conditioning do not cool

The hotel is located 10 min drive from Naples International Airport, which was the reason for choosing it. there is nothing special in the neighborhood and you need a car . it has private parking, which is behind a gate ... thus provide good security. it has 24 hour reception.

Maybe some more pillows for the bed as we didn’t have enough and they were thin, but we slept well !

We arrived at 11pm kitchens was closed but they brought some food out that they had at no cost, also opened bar for us to get drinks. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Didn’t arrive until 11pm and had to leave for airport at 9.30am. Had a good breakfast which was included. From the very short time spent here the gardens looked beautiful and the smell of Jasmine in the air was beautiful the jasmine was everywhere very pretty.

Good location and accessibility, smooth check in late at night even though our flight was delayed, the staff were friendly and helpful. Parties until quite late in the night but not very loud, doesn't disturb if you're in the room.

They we’re catering a wedding which kind of over took the facilities. Room was to be a large bed and a twin bed - they brought in an extra twin as we arrived and it was horrible.

Lovely property and room with lots of space. Gardens looked very nice and they had parking onsite.

Naples itself seems a little rough and we didn't feel that comfortable out at night , even around the hotel itself. Felt very secure when in the hotel though and secure parking was a must !

Nice hotel in interesting old building. Secure parking was great. Big room and decent breakfast. We had a late arriving flight so was great to be close to airport and to visit Herculaneum or Pompeii before heading to the Amalfi Coast.

We turned on Air Conditioner, but it seemed like warm air was coming out. Maybe they shut down AC in October?

15 minute drive to Naples airport. Nice grounds. Large, clean room. Dinner at restaurant was very good. We enjoyed wine sitting in the large courtyard.

We only stayed one night so not much to go on & when we arrived it was dark with a lot of activity going on outside the entrance, the signage for the name of the hotel is small & because of everything going on we were unable to see it or park.

Pleasant enough hotel, the breakfast we nice with plenty of choice.

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Very noisy room but our room was near the elevator and facing the street, which we believe that did not help. The hotel needs an update.

The building and the gardens are very beautiful and the food at the restaurant was good. Close to the airport if you arrive late to Naples and want a short commute.

There was a wedding ceremony during our stay. Rooms are not sound proof. We hardly slept because of the loud music and fireworks. Other than that clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was not good.

This hotel organizes WEDDING PARTIES in the evenings! Right behind the room. Extremely noisy until 00:20. Walls shaking. Had to get up early to catch a flight. Almost didn’t sleep. Complaints are ineffective. Hotel does not respond to emails with complaints, despite several phone calls. DO NOT STAY HERE, if you want a normal night of sleep!!! Terrible service.

What a gem of a hotel, a bit of paradise in Naples. The gardens are beautiful, the room in the converted stables was great, large & comfortable. Staff are helpful & the food is some of the best we have had in Italy.
