Really great service and nice view on the beach great facilities with tv cofee machine and even a little accessories to cook really cheap for a 4 stars. Special many thanks for the staff who recommended the best place to do so nicely we will be back for sure I mostly recommend this hotel

Excellent location at the heart of the city . The hotel is beautifully decorated. The room is large and bed is very comfortable. There are kitchen supplies which is great. The staff are very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and loved the city Trapani. Highly recommend!

Our first room was on the second floor and smelled like a sewer. However the staff was very nice and switched our room to one on a higher floor the next day which took care of the smell. I do not think the smell is not the hotels problem but a problem in that area.

The property was in a great location. Offsite parking was easy. Near great restaurants.

It was right at the old town and has unique interior and exterior. Wished we stayed longer. The staff were helpful and it was nice that we could leave our car for free on the street because it was Sunday. Breakfast was amazing with amazing breathtaking view.

No on-site parking but it was manageable with large parking lot a 10 minute walk away to feed the meter daily. I could see this an issue in high season. We were there end of October when crowds are lighter.

The complex was tricky to find, and GPS did not work well. We were directed to the address which was Residence La Gancia Plaza Mercato del Pesce but there wasn't a specific address attached to the building. We found the entrance door to Residence La Gancia about 100 feet from the intersection of the Plaza Mercato del Pesce. It wasn't a problem - just a little tricky to find.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. It was centrally located for walking to restaurants and sites. The staff was helpful and very friendly. The rooftop was a great spot for the included breakfast!

Nothing to improve.

Comfortable, secure, clean, modern and well-located accommodation in Trapani. Check-in was easy and efficient; our room was one of the largest we stayed in with comfortable bed and decent bathroom. (There was a weird "don't drink the water" sign over the sink faucet...happy for the warning!). Breakfast was ample with a lot of choice and cafe/cappucino made to order on the top floor roof terrace (both indoor and out). Ample paid parking very nearby. Easy walking even to the port for ferries to Favignana.

Our favorite stay in our road trip around Sicily was at La Gancia. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. The architecture incorporated the original structure which was so interesting, and the atmosphere they curated was relaxing and a welcoming break from walking and adventuring around Trapani. The food served at breakfast was excellent and the dining area has an amazing view of the ocean. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful, and we loved how close La Gancia is to the beach and heart of the city’s restaurants and shopping areas.

It was so close to everything ! The staff was so friendly and helpful and provided wonderful suggestions. Rooms were massive and clean. No parking but so helpful arranging for us so not an issue. Rooftop views amazing.

Staff was welcoming and accommodating to guest needs. Small gym onsite. Breakfast included with a view. Located in the heart of the city and most places are walkable. Street parking is recommended. However, there is an alternative option to park at a gated lot which is about a mile away from the hotel. With an hour advance notice, shuttle service can be provided The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with a kitchenette, refrigerator and microwave. Definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for trustworthy establishments.
