The windows have no noise isolation so it can be a bit loud in the evening or morning, but if you sleep with ear plugs then that's not an issue at all. Also, netflix or something similar would be nice.

Warmly greeted at reception. Room was spacy, had all the appliances you would need, an awesome rocking chair, AC, fridge, etc. And most importantly - comfortable pillows and bed. Returning to the apartment was a pleasant thought after a long day. Recommend.

Reception open only for limited amount of time. They clean the room after 3 days of stay and do not change linen or re fill coffee/tea pouches. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to clean the dishwasher manually

You cand find everything you need in the apartament, big, clean, on a quiet street, 2 minutes from the tram station, 5 minutes from a big supermarket.The ladies from the reception were always helpful, very careful with their clients needs.

The bedroom has no door. A family with children lacks privacy.

The accommodation is nice, modern and super equipped. Basic hygiene items available as well as coffee, tea, water. The receptionist is very nice. I appreciate the private parking lot.

This room was the nicest of our holiday by far, incredibly comfortable, modern and clean. Good cooking facilities and nice balcony. Super close to public transport in a cute little suburb. The manager of the property was very friendly and super helpful; she gave us some laundry powder so we could wash our clothes and also let us store our bags there on the last day so we could get some breakfast before our train. Would highly recommend here when staying in Florence.

Host paid attention to tiniest details and made sure everything is available for us during our stay . Kitchen is sufficiently equipped. Bathroom had all the toiletry’s and necessities. House is designed in a way your kids would love to stay .

The apartment is clean and comfortable with well equipped kitchen. Its located few yards from Leopoldo tram station. The host Marilena and Gina are very kind, polite and helpful and very responsive to answer all the queries. Prior to arrival, we were guided how to reach apartment from Florence airport and they were constantly in touch with us till we reach there. Also they guided for all ours and tourist attractions in florence and nearby florence. The good part is that they have the reception so it was good to contact them in office hours. It was pleasant stay in this apartment and would definitely come back again to stay in this apartment. Regards. Prakash , India

Sound isolation.

Residence Leopoldo was a jackpot. Great personnel, amiable and helpful, the apartment was perfect in terms of design, cosiness, and amenities on the spot. As a bonus feature - great chianti (for purchasing) at the reception desk. Tram station just 50m from the apartment, as well as a great trattoria Fratelli Briganti (5min walking from the place). I wouldn't mind staying at Leopoldo's next time when in Firenza.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but that is just because my wife and I prefer hard beds that provide a lot of support. The Matress was really soft and as such we struggled a little with our backs.

Location - Easy to reach via tram. Not far from centre by tram. Really cool affordable local restaurants nearby. Staff - Gina was amazing and super helpful from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Value for money!!
