The place is wonderful for families and also for people looking for tranquility near the lake. The landscape and also the walking area is very relaxing, inviting you to enjoy nature more. Too bright in the living area where sofabed is. Needs blackout blinds. Sofabed had only one thin pillow and was slightly uncomfortable.

We (me and my family) found this place on booking. We have been a lot of times around Garda lake, but this place really impressed us for the location, the cleanliness and the food of the restaurant.

I felt the photos / description of the place was a bit misleading on Booking.com - it is essentially a camp site, rather than a resort. The chalets weren't very clean - ants crawling everywhere and uncomfy beds. I feel it's a bit overpriced - we paid over £550 for 2 nights, which you expect a bit more for.

The location at the side of Lake Garda is just gorgeous. We had a lovely spot with a view of the lake from our chalet. Very comfortable size wise for a family of 5. The pizzeria and bar were lovey - enjoyed both. Swimming pool went down well with the kids. Good to have air con included. Wifi worked OK for us.

The internet connection is almost nonexistent, making working impossible. If you plan to watch a movie, download it first, if the patchy connection allows it. There is no dishwasher, so the dishes are only as clean as the previous occupant has left them.

The complex is enjoyable, it has a pool and a nice little restaurant/pizzeria with good food and polite service. The apartment was spacious and clean with several amenities included. The views over the lake and the mountains are quite nice

I was aware that airco would be extra but quite expensive than I thought. Also wifi was extra but you can access to wifi on only one device at one time. That was crap. The mattress on sofabed was so bad, it hurt my back from day 2. We added breakfast, but there was not much to go for. I felt €10 per meal quite over-priced for the quality.

Location was beyond perfection! The pool was big enough and there were enough sunbeds to have a lie down. There is a direct access to the lake beach, and kids loved it. The apartment is spacious with enough storages. There is a nice size veranda and kitchen is well-equipped.

A little bit of a camping vibe we did not expect at this price level. Some noisy neighbours, people 'claiming' beds at the pool early in the morning (not being stopped to do so by the lifeguard at work) resulting in no bed available if you visit the pool in the afternoon and people still being allowed to smoke outside on balcony's or at the bar next to where you're eating outside etc. Appartments overlooking neighbours accros, the lake can only be seen from outside of the appartments. WiFi not working in our appartment, seemed to far from the reception, working walking closer to that. Overall nice, the staff is very nice, but too crowded to our liking.

Staff is really helpful, we couldn't find pillows for the bed-couch, texted them at around 22.15 hrs (expecting a reply the next Day) and 30 mins later someone knocked softly on the door to show us where they are. Friendlyness and willing to help from all of them, no matter the subject. AC working really well was a big plus at 39 degrees heat.

Our room wasn't ready at our arrival at 12 noon, which was totally fine because check in is at 2.30pm. but the staff told us that the room will be ready shortly and we can wait that time at the pool bar. Shortly meant that the room wasn't even ready at 2.30pm! If they would have told us, we could have go for groceries etc in meantime. But we waited with our 1 year old and 38 degrees outside for 2.5 hours.

Room was clean, the direct location at the lake is perfect. They also have a nice playground and the pizza at the restaurant is delicious.

Booking.com says that wifi is free for all guests. This is NOT true. You get ONE wifi code to login on ONE device. If you want extra, you have to pay €5 each PER DAY. This is a shocking practice for something that is basically a necessity like electricity. In my opinion they REALLY REALLY need to abolish this practice completely and just provide free Wifi like any normal place. Towels are charged at an eye watering €8 per person per day. For that you get one large and one small. Make your own judgement on it but I think it's excessive. Just factor the towels into your rates, or charge something more realistic like €3. There is AC in the rooms, but guess what....you gotta pay every day for it. We paid and didn't use it but obviously they charge you anyway. I think it was something like €8 per day too. Also our room smelled like a swimming pool x 10. I have asthma and had trouble breathing later from the gas. We opened every window possible for hours and left for dinner and it was still terrible. I don't know what the hell they do when cleaning but it's wrong. All of this left a bad taste in my mouth and it makes you feel like you're just a number, just an expense they are accounting for and not a guest. I hope they realize how damaging this is to their image and they find another way to cover their costs for these services.

Great location next to lake Garda, you can just walk there in less than 5 minutes. Rooms are large, clean, bright etc. No complaints there.

A bit far from town, other restaurants, evening life,... but not big deal, 15 min walk of few mins by car/bike and u have bar & restaurant in the resort

Modern appartments sorrouded by lawn, restaurant and a big pool w bar in the area, right on the gravel beach, might be bery good for longer stay with friends or family, we just overnighting on the way back home, but we enjoy it, helpful start.
