The lack of physical staff and the location were probably the biggest detractors but were not enough for me to say I would not return. It is a nice place to stay

For some reason I thought the hotel was closer to the train station. It took me ages to walk with my heavy luggage after a bizarre and arduous day of travel. Next time I will double check the distance! In the end I didn't mind because the space had been interior designed to within an inch of it's cute life and it was so fun to stay there! Maybe you'll take a taxi?

I immediately cooled and calmed when I walked into the waiting airconditioned room. I was delighted by the quaint artistic touches around the space. The main room was decorated with a dramatic pink tubey lampshade with sparkly prisms hung at the tips of the tubes. The glittering lampshades made the other art touches glitzy and cheerful. There was even a little balcony overlooking a small forest garden! The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. The towels included a robe and slippers - luxury!

Comfy and good location. Small kitchen in lobby and we were able to store our luggage during the day after check out.

The breakfast was practically inexistant. Some crackers and grissini were provided in the ground floor, as well as a kettle for tea. But nothing else.

The room was very nice, confortable and clean. The ground floor facilities were looking very nice, with a comfortable sitting area and a quite outside courtyard.

Took me a a little while to find the correct exterior entrance from the street.

The room was almost identical to the photos. It was clean, everything worked and the mattress was very comfortable. Apples were delicious!

The room had VERY poor lighting after dark. We didn’t get coffee replaced one morning and management was unresponsive. The patio and garden areas were not well maintained. Broken chairs and overgrown garden. Not as pictured.

- The communication with the landlord and the housekeeper can be improved. We had to check out on Eastwr Sunday and none was there, and only after calling the landlord 2-3 times we were able to get a text from them. Additionally, after check-out, when we asked to store our luggage there was no dedicated room for that and we had to leave them in the common used living room - At the end everything was OK, but still this can be further improved

The walls were very thin so you could listen to your neighbors walking or going to the bathroom. I would also like 2 bathrobes and bath towels instead of one of each since we were 2 people in the room. There is a beautiful hanger for your clothes but no closet.

The Wi-Fi is rather slow and the boiler is weak. If two people in two different rooms are having a shower at the same time, there isn't much hot water to go around. Furthermore, no breakfast was served when I was a guest because of the pandemic, despite the fact that the place is advertised as a bed & breakfast. There is a small supermarket around the corner, though, where you can get food.

I loved the fact that the room was quiet. I could hear my neighbours at times, but it didn't bother me, and there was no noise whatsoever from the street. Also, the room was nice and artsy, and the bed was comfortable, albeit a little hard. The room comes with a kettle and some tea.

This small B&B/Guesthouse is in a mostly residential, quiet neighborhood in central Milan within a 5-minute walk to the very efficient and clean Metro. Easily accessible from the Centrale train station via Metro or taxi. It’s a self-service property and the management was very responsive both on site and via text. The individually designed rooms are clean and efficient, with a great bathroom and shower. There’s also a terrace with table and chairs overlooking the courtyard.

I was delighted with the room - it was very easy to access, very clean and nicely decorated. It was in a good location - perfect for visiting my daughter who is a student and lives 2 streets away, but also close to the metro.
