Very convenient location close to the centre of Verona and easy to reach from the station but perfectly quiet at night so we slept very well. It was great that the reception is always manned so we could arrive late and leave our bags after checkout.

The only thing I didn't like and it's a tiny issue was the shampoo body wash combo.

My room was really small, in particular the bathroom. It had a big shower but the sink was basically attached the shower and you need to brush your teethes on the side of the sink. No bidet. It was Ok for 1 night.

The location was perfect . Breakfast wasn't of much variety like an open buffet , but everything was very well chosen , fresh and tasty . The room and the bathroom were newly furnished, very clean with a good decoration. Good value for money .

The shower design is flawed as the water doesn't drain fast enough causing it to flood out in the bathroom floor. The room was a bit hot and air con not working (but you could open the window)

Felt a bit unsafe, that you didn't have to show ID or anything to get handed the key back, which they ask you to leave at the front desk.

Everything was pretty clean, but the bathroom was having a kind on intense smell specifically coming from the drain of the shower. Had to use some plastic bags and let the extractor running.

Bed was hard and pillows not great. Not one English Channel on tv - I know it’s in Italy so I get it but most other hotels have something to watch

When you first enter the room, it smells damp, but it didn't bother us afterwards.

The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was quite sufficient. Its location is also very nice. Within walking distance to the city center. It is also 1.5 km to the train station; you can either walk or use the nearby bus stop for transportation.

Early in the morning baking smells came to the room, it may be due to the side of the building it was on. The window opened to a surronded area so there was no view at all.

Location was great, I walked everywhere. Including from the train station to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the bd was large and comfy. The staff were very hospitable.

It’s quite a posh hotel. More so than I expected (or wanted). Probably explains the relatively high price of 140€ for a single night in a pretty small room. Apart from the price I can’t complain about anything, but I only stayed for a single night and didn’t even have breakfast there. The desk clerk was visibly horror stricken when I entered the luxurious lobby with my (clean!) bicycle but after his colleague had shown me to the garage he was friendly and spoke perfect English and German. Same for his colleague the next morning.

The one issue we had was we just couldn't figure out how to use the AC. The room got very warm oddly enough in October and we tried using the AC with no luck. I then opened the window except there was enough street noise that we were woken up early. I can't really blame the hotel as we didn't realize until late that night and we left the following day.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location with option for parking was perfect for our visit, the staff was great and very helpful during our short stay.

Nice hotel but it was the most expensive lodging we had in 3 1/2 weeks in Europe.  And parking after taxes cost us $31 for a night.

The neighbouring properties looked a bit run down , but some are being renovated & the area was safe. The room was a bit warm , with the air system available to blow air but it was not not cool or air con.

In a quiet side street location, but very close to piazza Bra. Staff were friendly throughout, with the breakfast lady even remembering our drink preferences each day. Bed was comfortable & windows blocked out any noise from outside. Parking was available, as we pre-reserved it.
