Shuttle to the airport—for a reasonable fee. The hotel arranged a taxi. He charged us way more than that trip should have cost: 65€. I was very unhappy with that.

Breakfast is a bit scarce with a weak offer. Wi-fi is disastrous, you can have it in your room, but everywhere else you will hardly have it.

For those who do not want to stay in the city center, I think the location is perfect, but you must have your own car. The rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

The neighborhood looks derelict. The wifi uses insecure protocols so your wifi-connected devices are exposed to hacking.

We stayed for one night as we needed a hotel close to the airport. It took about 13 minutes to get to the airport. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was free. We left at 3 am, so we didn't have breakfast.

The location is outside the city so you have to pay double for a taxi fare.

We arrived on Christmas day and there was nothing open for the guests to get a meal. We asked if we can find something in Naplea and we were told nothing is open on Christmas day. There were restaurants open in Naples but I find it odd that a 4 star hotel does not have food for their guests. Regardless of the holiday, of you have guests in the hotel, you should have options.

The hotel is nice but not in Naples. It's outside Naples so if you drive to Naples you pay 2 euros everytime you take the highway and back. Good thing is it's away from the madness in Napoli.

The location was out of Naples City Limits and was not close to public transport, if you wanted to go into Naples it was a 70 euro round trip, the hotel does offer a shuttle to the nearest train station but this does not run at regular hours and does not coincide with a train arrival times.

The hotel was friendly and clean and the breakfast has lots to offer, the pool was nice to have in the heat of the summer.

very far Away from city center,it is only ok to Stay here if you are in transit and need a place to sleep. you can get to Napoli only by car or taxi, and the taxi is 35€ to get to center. the bathroom Could use an upgrade.

We could unfortunately hear the family next door very clearly. Very clearly. For a long period of time. Bad experience compared to the previous time we came. At the early breakfast, it would have been great to have received some hot beverages.

Breakfast available for an early departure (before 5am). Hotel close to airport (10-15mn) with parking just in front. Large, clean bedroom.

We had bed bugs which bit us and the kids, almost every towel we used had damages, walls were dirty and damaged, the carpets were probably never given a proper clean since it was open. It was heavily under staffed, may be due to the holidays in August but if it is a 4 star hotel and you have guests. On different occasions we had the maintenance guy, a chef and even the receptionist drive the shuttle bus, we felt quite sorry for them. AC had issues the whole time we were there. It's a shame that a nice hotel has been neglected in a big way. Very Dissapointing. Got to add, I booked this place based on reviews but I can see how the negative reviews are hidden, cleverly. For example the images I uploaded on booking.com of of some of the appalling state of the room does not show up. So I will have trust google reviews than the ones on this sites. Also might consider booking elsewhere..

About 80% of the staff were very helpful, few went out of thier way to help us. Food ordered off the menu was quite good.
