The breakfast maybe could be reviewed a little bit in the sense that from this hotel you expect something really special and made with care and thoughtful but the breakfast was a bit the usual breakfast you would find in any hotel even of lower stars. Even if the bakery corner was really good, croissant and pastries were really yummy but the rest was a bit average. I don't know. Maybe the management of the hotel can think about fresh juices instead of packed juice. And then a proper egg corner. Or anyway, something a little bit more exciting than the usual slices of cold cuts and yogurt.

We got an amazing room called I Faraglioni. That was super big with the shower and the bathtub with hydro massage. And the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The bed was circular. It was really fun. And there were two sofas. The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed to have a very comfortable stay. We stayed for two nights overall. And the staff were absolutely super friendly and helpful. Very kind and available to assist us during our stay.

Unfortunately the pool was closed despite it saying it was open from Easter. Hotel was dated and it wasn't the standard I would expect for the price.

Beautiful setting, a stones throw from Anacapri. Staff very good and welcoming, views astounding. Comfortable beds and room a good size. Bedding and towels smelled beautiful!

The room itself could use a touch-up - scuffmarks all over the walls and ceiling. A better proclamation of the amenities would have been helpful. The walk there is scary due to the the lack of sidewalk walking down from the city for a stretch.

The view was fantastic, as was the breakfast and the shuttle service (though we did not know the shuttle was an option). Amazing location with a breathtaking view of the sea and fantastic history. Public areas were beautiful and well maintained. The landscaping was gorgeous!

I couldn’t contact the hotel through booking.com, my questions weren’t answered. I phoned the hotel when we arrived on Capri and they collected us 20 minutes later. The minibar wasn’t cold.

Friendly staff - amazing location. Our room was ideal for us and 2 teenagers - we had a double room (125) which had a separate twin room - the rooms were connected by a private balcony overlooking the garden and sea. The hotel provided gluten free bread, croissant and muffin for breakfast. We were collected from the ferry and dropped back again at the end of our stay.

Beautiful views. Its a little complicated to move through the island so just take that on note! The swimming pool amazing and the room felt like a palace! The argentinian girl at the reception was super nice.

It wasn’t fully clean, had a little smell where you can tell the doors are always closed and they don’t air out the rooms. Wifi was struggling to connect certain rooms. I had to be moved to a smaller room where I could barely fit just to have service.

We missed our shuttle bus from the ferry as no specific time was given to us ,even though we had told them our ETA,we waited approximately 45 minutes ,then went looking for a bus option only to see a white van with the hotels name drive away.

Great location. Walk right to annacapri. Breakfast was good. The hotel offers a shuttle ride to and from the ferry. Hotel staff will also call you taxis.
