You have to walk two floors up and no elevator, so if you have many luggage or some disabilities, this might not fit you.

The location is perfect, close to train station and other attractions in Florence, there are many shops and restaurants downstairs, so you can go out late evening or early morning to visit the tourist spot to avoid the crowd. The host also allow us to have a later check out time at 11:30am.

The washing machine was not working when we stayed there. There are a few places to do laundry down the block though, so it's not a big issue for us.

The location is amazing, it's only a block away from Florence food market and a short distance from train station and all of florence historical city center. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable with high ceiling, wifi is good too. The host met with us for check in and recommended some good place to eat. The noise from the street is not much of an issue for us when the windows are closed.

The appartment was located on the third floor of the building but there was no elevator, and therefore, it was rather difficult for us to carry our heavy suit cases to the appartment. But that was easily acceptable considering the reasonable accommodation fee.

The appartment had a large space and was quite clean. We felt safe in this appartment. The location was very convenient (just 5 minutes walk from the railway station and 5 minutes walk to the Duomo and other important monuments of Firenze). There were many casual restaurants in the neighborhood (many Chinese restaurants).

The price of parking was higher than advertised on Booking (30 instead of 25 EUR per day). Also, parking is valet type, which means that you have to leave your car keys at the garage.

The AC could've been a little more powerful and the washing machine did not work correctly, but the owner is aware and will hopefully fix it for future guests.

The street is a little noisy, but only when people crossing so it is not until very late. The AC is not powerful and it takes a lot of time to change the temperature a little. I couldn't find the place at first time - be careful there are two buildings with the same number on the street (with red and blue number) , you should follow the blue numbers.

The apartment is clean, there is everything you need. Good location.

Had arranged to meet host at 5pm and confirmed this but he was not there. Called and came 25 minutes later. Due to this we were unable to meet all we had arranged to do that evening. He did wave city fees and the gesture was appreciated. The floors were scratched up around doors, pull out sofa had stains all over cushions and was covered up by toss fabrics, dated uncomfortable sofa bed. The washing machine was not working. I believe I had read it was not working in previous reviews back 2 years ago. If it doesn't work or you don't want people to use it then remove it from the listing. We traveled light and needed to wash clothes. A public coin laundry as suggested isn't viable when your on holiday. Need to replace window curtains in both rooms to block out the light.

The location is the best part of this apartment. You are in the middle of Florence. Walking distance to everything. Safe area, stores, shops, etc all nearby. 5 minutes from Train station. Easy to get in and out of the building. The apartment is up three flights of stairs but a non issue for us. The main bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities all worked fine. Kitchen appliances all worked and you had use of a stove, refrigerator, coffee, etc. Good water pressure in shower, but small shower. Toilet worked great. Wifi worked great. Didn't see any neighbors, very quiet building

Some of the amenities are not working. No elevator so bringing big lauggage is not advisable. You should travel light if you get this apartment.

pictures on Booking are not up to date.The flat was very dirty,it was impossible to take shoes off.The sofa is old and broken and makes such a noise with every move during the night. both doors in bedroom and bathroom do not close until you push them and they will scratch the floor. I will not recommend to stay there.

Decent size and comfortable enough apartment & bedroom in the centre of Florence. Kitchen is well equipped. Walking distance from everything.
