A bit warm and could not reduce inside temperature.

Breakfast was fantastic -- quite varied. Staff was extremely helpful. Able to keep rental car in secure parking until 4 p.m. after checking out. Easy walk to Historic Siena.

The outlets unfortunately didn’t work for our travel converters; only the bathroom outlet did so that was a bit tricky.

The staff was incredible. Tomas and Andrea particularly. It’s outside Porta Romana (one of the city gates) so going into the town will be like a 20-25 min walk, but the view was incredible. I loved the garden and having an aperol spritz or Negroni while reading. The room we had breakfast in was also lovely and we enjoyed the cappuccinos and espressos a lot.

Parking the car in the hotel car park. But was used to driving on other side of road.

Beautiful views, especially the balcony room. Easy to walk into Siena. Staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very well organised and plentiful.

Lady at reception (mornings) was not as nice as one would expect, considering the rest of the staff was frindly and considerate. The lady forbade my son, whom I was visiting in Siena, from coming to my room for a few minutes unless he showed his passeport…

Sometimes I felt strange about the staff - they are helpful, but i felt that they were watching us ))) because the guy was pursuing us everywhere, like we wanted to steal something or whatever)) The parking is good, and that’s great they have their own parking on site, but 15 euro per night for open-air one slot - seems a bit overpriced… but this is my opinion;) The most uncomfortable is breakfast- I am not used to this format that for each piece of food you have to ask a waiter… I prefer either Swedish table or if the breakfast served, but in a standard way- you ask for a whole meal/plate, not to come for each piece to the staff and ask her to give you one more egg)) in return she looks at you like you do not deserve it)))

Very good location - 2 minutes walk to the central gate to the old town. Breakfast is ok, but it is a bit exhausting to ask for each piece of sausage or egg;) The hotel is very beautiful, looks like “old style” (if you love it - you will appreciate) and the view from the terrace was amazing

We loved it here. No complaints whatsoever.

The location was fabulous. Just steps away from walled Siena through the Roman gate. A beautiful garden in the back with a spectacular view over the hills of Tuscany. The staff were very friendly and the concierges went above and beyond. A great breakfast with good coffee, homemade croissants, an array of meats, cheeses, hard boiled eggs, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and juices and more. This is a small hotel but very well run. I would definitely stay here again.

A kettle in the room will be helpful. Also, it's not in the city centre. A 25 minute walk into the city centre but a bus is also available.

Excellent hotel, with a fabulous breakfast spread. The room was comfortable and the bathroom elegant. A lovely sit out!

The facility is located within walking distance to the center of town. Parking for our motorcycle was at the hotel and very secure. The staff was exceptionally helpful in planning a fabulous motorcycle ride in the surrounding area. Breakfast was very good by professional staff. Our room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The views of this facility are surprisingly beautiful for being so close to the city. We could have spent much more time watching the sunset if we had more time, we will definitely return.

Would have loved having a balcony in the room....this would be a great bonus to see the amazing views of the valleys while in the confort of your own room...while having wine in the evening!!

Attentive and helpful staffs...from front desk (espcially Luchie?? spelling...he showed us the "gems" to Must explre while in Siena), the breakfast crew were so attentive of everyones needs while having the first meal of the day, the room is cleaned as soon as you get back having breakfast!!

It would be good to have some sign for the parking area or some information beforehand to know where to go with the car.

Hotel is just 5 min walk from the Porta Romana. They have a lovely garden and great views from there. The parking area is quite narrow but the staff was very helpfull and parked our car to the courtyard themselves. And later helped to get it out as well :-) Very thankfull!

The room is distributed in two floors. Entrance and bathroom at the first floor and bedroom at second floor. Very thin rooms.

Exceptional location. The hotel offered outstanding view in the morning from the garden and the breakfast zone. The rooms and breakfast were very fair. The staff were outstanding and very diligent, professional. Parking requires some skills when you are entering and leaving but it's perfectly doable if you are skilled with a small vehicle.

Hotel Santa Caterina has the greatly healing view with Tuscany hills and trees. The location is close to the main square at very quiet zone so I could have very good sleep. The breakfast has lots of options and the dining room was lovely and peaceful looking over the great view so I could start my mornings happily. All the staffs were helpful and friendly so I was pleased with talking with them. Definitely I would stay there again!
