It was a beautiful hotel. The decorations were amazing. Wonderful building from the 1800s. The General Manager was a great host. They let us park in their garage too.

It was a bit more expensive than other places we stayed on our trip, but well worth the splurge.

Beautiful spacious suite in a charming old building in Trieste. The bed was very comfortable, and the sitting room and kitchen were very elegantly decorated with art, modern cabinets, lighting and appliances. We were close to everything in Trieste, which is an under appreciated gem in Europe.

Great location, close to everything. The manger was great (sorry forget his name) he meet me at garage to store my car. He was also very helpful with map and suggestions. Loved room 2, beautifully decorated and included a small kitchen. The owner has amazing taste, loved the hotel.

such a minor detail - the shower curtain allowed water to splash on the floor.

Elegant and stylish conversion of the upper floor in a prime position near the Grand Canal. very close to the railway, bus services and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. We loved the space, the design and the impeccable presentation. Kata gave us perfect service, making us very welcome and some very good advice about where to go and what to see.

We lost electricity one night and had to move rooms. The woman that helped me was a little on the rough side. No room service!

The property was beautifully decorated, was in a great location, and had a nice layout with plenty of space.

The owner or staff member who I dealt with for check-in and check-out was rushing the whole process and it felt like I was an inconvenience and he just wanted me out of there as soon as possible. He seemed to have more time for other guests and was a lot more friendly with them. Maybe because I was a backpacker and the other guests looked quite wealthy in comparison? Who knows...

Luxury mini apartments at the last floor (with lift) of a beautiful Austro-Hungarian building located in the hearth of the city, equipped with everything you need even for longer stays. Decorations and details are top! Super comfy toilet with all toiletries (also hair conditioner and intime hygiene liquid soaps!). Very comfortable bed

Did not have enough time to really experience the room. My wife is not as mobile as she used to be, and we had some stairs that were tough for her. Staff was not there when we checked out--I guess were must have succeeded in closing out our room.

Unique room and a nondescript building. Comfortable, and innovative. Good location between train/bus station and main city square. Good restaurants/cafes nearby.

The suites ares in the third floor of an old building, very nicely outfitted. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walking to the town centre. Limited parking available in a garage. We would certainly return to this hotel
