I like almost everything here, nice friendly owner, the room is big and super clean with bright big window, the toilet is clean with towels. Nice bed and clean sheets. Great location and quiet. I will definitely spend more nights in this place when I visit Siena.

When we booked the apartment the listing said there was a washing machine and we were counting on that. We really needed to do some laundry. We asked and the host said there was no machine available.

Location amazing on a rather quiet street away from the tourists but close to everything! The secluded, plant-filled courtyard was an added bonus. We wound down the afternoons reading with a glass of wine before going out for dinner. Delightful!

The pillow was a little hard. But room exactly as shown on-line. The noise at night by passersby, early morning cleaning crew emptying the glass bottles and trash. Although Siena takes pride in clean streets and empty trash receptacles.

Close to historical city centre. Able to walk everywhere, accessible to all sites, and public transportation.

Amazing city! This apartment is in very good location, 4 minute walk from Pizza del Campo. The staff was very helpful when it comes to getting information about city and check in, check out procedures.

Mabe have a kettle in the kitchen

For central Siena it was very well situated and very easy to access the usual “must visit” places. The bedrooms are very big and very comfortable. It’s a b/b so there is a common kitchen….small but suitable for breakfast or snacks. There is a table with 6 chairs in a dining living room area next to the kitchen which we found useful fo4 breakfast and at night we sat around the table to play cards. The host was very helpful and responded immediately to any queries before and during our stay . Would recommend.

A rather tiny shower in the bathroom and a little lacking in hygiene products, they are there, but inconvenient to use. There is no place in the shower where shampoo or shower gel could be placed. There is nowhere to put cosmetics or toothbrushes in the bathroom, even. But for a couple of days it’s still fine

A great place to spend a few days or a weekend. Excellent location in a couple of minutes from the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always in touch, ready to help if there is a need. The check-in was quick and comfortable

The lights in the bathroom and the communal living space were automatic and kept turning off while I was in the shower or when I was cooking in the kitchen. Had to pop out of the shower and wave my hands in the dark every 3 minutes so that they would come back on. Annoying but manageable.

Great location close to Il Campo and the Duomo. There is a Conad grocery store down the street. I loved having access to a little kitchen so that I could cook my own meals. Enjoyed eating dinner in my little garden, as well as hanging my laundry on the clothesline. Room was comfortable for one person. Met Gioia at her office and she walked me to the property. She was very kind and always available to answer my questions about the neighbourhood and local culture.

Nothing negative at all to say about the property, unbeatable value for money. Staff could do a better job at hosting: for example share tips/local knowledge: no map or recommendations were provided, even when asked repeatedly (caveat: saying “anywhere is good” when asked about where to go for food is not actionable advice) also, at no point was I informed that other people were staying at the flat and it was a very uncomfortable situation when someone entered the property while I was cooking dinner, completely unaware that at least another room in the flat was being used. Other than that, amazing stay in an amazing city, I would recommend.

Sink separated from toilet/shower room, with nowhere to hang towels near sink. Shower/toilet room is cramped and floor was wet after showering.

Clean, spacious room. Excellent location in the centre of Siena. Friendly staff. Good value for money.
