The bathroom could have been cleaned better to be honest and walls are quite thin so you can literally hear everything.

Classic Hotel that you find in Rimini. Nothing exceptional, quite average but we expected it because of the price paid. The front desk lady was super nice and she even managed to change our room number super quickly because of a weird request we had.

WIFI was a bit sticky, in bathroom shower is above (against) the toiler seat - call it Italian functional style if you like :).

Friendly staff, nice breafast. The location is good - you will not gain too much booking a hotel closer to the beach (the beach is an ocean of sunchairs anyway). Hotel as such is also quiet(er) than the ones closer to the beach.

Small room with a tiny window. Very low water pressure, sometimes it was better, sometimes worse - it was difficult to take a shower and especially to wash hair.

The only problem we had was with wifi. It didn't reach to our room. They tried to solve it, but it probably needed more time than we spent there. We could use it in the lobby and breakfast area.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Helped us with all the questions we had. We also got free room upgrade and breakfast. Room was really nice and clean. Air-conditioning worked great. Breakfast was tasty and with lots of options. Really close to the beach.

The Air-conditioning was not working. We had to create an alliance with other people who were staying in the hotel to fox the issue. As a result we had to stay in a very hot room for a couple.of hours and in a freezing room during the night. The Aircon was not cleaned for ages which I a healthy safety issue. Shower doors were broken. The pictures of the hotel do not represent reality. The place is very old. The mattress is very old and uncomfortable. The place is also not sound-proof as you Han hear everything.

Best value for money! Excelent location, just a few metters to the beach. Thanks Angela for beeing so cute and cheerful, she helped us a lot with the room and everything else! She is the best receptionist we met in Italy so far :) Also, her colleague, very kind and very good level of English! A pleasant experience, a very good choice if you are in Rimini a couple of days, wishing not to pay a lot of money for same services!

The staff was super friendly. When we had problems getting to Rimini from another city, resulting a very late arrival the staff was very willing to cooperate with a comfortable, very late check-in. We really appreciated that. The location is almost directly at the beach giving some peace off the beach promenade but still just a super quick walk to the beach. The room was nicely decorated. As we had a room on the top floor it can get a little bit warmer as anywhere else, too, but I am sure that we could easily arrange something else with the reception.

the room was very small but absolutely okay for that price. the personal is reeeeally friendly and helpful - we felt very welcome. the breakfast is very varied (awesome cakes, but also savory dishes). the location of the hotel is perfect - everything you need is just 5 minutes away.
